These guys move at the speed of light, or at least as fast as your bandwidth will allow. Whenever I order supplies from Advantidge, I can count on it getting to me more quickly than any other vendor I've dealt with in my life. I have been working with Advantidge ID for more than 10 years now.
We are a school photography company, so for about 3 months (Aug-Oct), we are beating on our ID card printers, outputting 50,000 color cards in a short period of time.
This year, was especially brutal. Some of our older printers started acting up part of the way through the season (not to the fault of Advantidge, these printers are over 10 years old and have been abused), one call to them and we had 4 loaner printers show up at our door the next day. Could not have asked for better service.
We supply many of our accounts with materials to make replacement cards. One email to Advantidge and they will see that our clients have the supplies they need the next day. They keep them on file and know our clients by name.
Don't order your printers or supplies online from some faceless company. You may not think you need the attention to detail that Advantidge will give you, until its too late.
As the high school kids who we print the ID cards of would say "Advantidge is the Bomb!" -

Background:
i recently placed an order for an entire ID badging solution for my company through Advantidge Inc.
Experience:
In one word, OUTSTANDING.
Claudia couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. ID badging software and hardware isn't exactly commonplace everyday stuff so i was as a bit of a loss as to what to get and what everything cost, etc. Claudia overnighted me samples of just about anything i asked for. I was then able to make an educated decision on what suited our business's needs the best. Claudia made this process painless!
Economics:
Advantidge Inc. was far and away the best bang for the buck. Everything was far under the manufacturers MSRP and we were able to get everything we needed for a lot less than we anticipated.
All around great experience with this vendor!
