My wife's company rents space at Advantage Office suite and everytime I walk in they say hello and always are so inviting. It is large offce complex but yet you have a close nit family feel. I strongly recommend for unparrellel service with a professional cool office decor you should check out Advantage Office Suites.

We offer Executive Suites, Flex Suites, Virtual Offices, Part-Time Offices with Storage and Virtual Offices with Storage. What's more, we offer flexible lease options from 3 to 36 months. Two months free with 12 month lease agreement and based on availability.

Advantage Office Suites was formed in 2006 by Judson Ball and Kevin Ball as an expansion to the original location started in Phoenix in 2003.
There are now six locations in Arizona and Oregon with opening plans for future locations.
The innovative office suites include both furnished and unfurnished one room executive suites, and two to five room enclosed flexsuites. A fully serviced, fully staffed office solution with upscale services and amenities is provided to both the most discriminating and the most cost-conscious business executive.
Meet the Business Owner: Judson B.
Chairman and CEO
For the past 30+ years, Judson C. Ball has been involved in the development of nearly $1 billion worth of office and industrial properties.
Mr. Ball graduated from Valparaiso University in 1964 and received his J.D. from ITT-Chicago Kent College of Law in 1967. From 1969 to 1971, he was an aide to U.S. Congressman Dan Rostenkowski (D-IL). Mr. Ball served as corporate general counsel to Chicago architecture firm Ralph Stoetzel, Inc. until 1978. In 1971 he developed the Plumwood Corporation which has developed $750 million of industrial and/or suburban office real estate in Chicago, Atlanta, Tempe, Dallas-Fort Worth, Phoenix, Sacramento, and San Francisco. Mr. Ball has been a member of the Urban Land Institute from 1986 to the present and was a member of the executive committee of the Real Estate Roundtable from 1995 to 2000.
