I went there because I got a fantastic coupon in the mail. In the chair, they found two cavities (!) which I stupidly decided to have them take care of. They got the filling into another tooth, making it impossible for me to floss. BTW, they didn't floss my teeth (rare!) and would have caught the mistake if they had. All the while, the doctor kept up a horror-like description of my tooth grinding, all of which could be fixed with a $400 dental devise. Pushy, pushy! Then, when I got home and realized their filling error, I called them and was snubbed - the doctor wouldn't make a mistake, they assured me. P-O'd, I went back the dentist anyway and demanded they fix my tooth. When I was in the chair, the doctor realized I was right, that he did a sloppy job.

PATIENT BEWARE.

On behalf of the associate that treated you and the staff, I apologize for your negative experience. What happend to you is not consistent with my pracitce philosophy. I want to assure you that we try to make sure all of our patients are 100% satisfied with their experience. Obviously we failed with you and for that I offer my sincere apologies.

Don't go to this dentist! I went in for a regular cleaning and was told I had 6 cavities. I have only ever had 1 other one in my life so I was surprised and nieve. The doctor's assistant/receptionist, Daisy showed me the financial options and said if I paid cash it would be a certain amount. There were two figures on the page and I asked to make sure it was not the bigger number. She assured me it was the lower number. I agree to go forward with fixing the 6 cavities. Bad idea. The doctor gave me the shots, didn't check in to see how I was doing and I must say that I was crying. The dental assistants could all see that I was upset on my way to the bathroom and no one asked if I was okay - they just stared. Finally, after the 6 fillings, I went to pay... drum roll please... and they told me I owed the bigger of the two figures that was on the page. They said that she would never make a mistake in telling a patient about payment. She even admitted there was a misunderstanding when I went to pay. We faught it out with the BBB and the dentist still won. He said to them, "what does this patient want me to do, take the fillings out of her mouth that I already put in?". Very rude! The cost was over double what I thought it would be and never would have proceeded with the 6 fillings had I known.
This place has good technology and really AWEFUL PEOPLE!

I prefer not to get into a "war of words" or a "he said, she said" situation.  I will only respond with the FACTS. This patient was treated by one of my associates and she did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I presented my side of the story to the BBB and in this patient's own words, "We faught it out with the BBB and the dentist still won." Please draw your own conclusions. I sincerely thank you for reading this response.
