It's 3.5 stars.
I dropped my iphone and they fixed the shattered glass in about 90 minutes ($50 for labor fee and $50 for glass=$109). But after they fixed it, I realized my iphone have no internet connection! I had the internet connection with my shattered glass before so they had to open my iphone again to fix another problem.
I think their service is ok but if you have shattered glass on your iphone and fix it at the the store, make sure your fixed-iphone works or or not before leave the store.
I don't want to drop my iphone any more, but if I do it...I will go there again.
Because uBreakiFix store is too far from my house... -

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Let me say that I did not have a repair done here. I am rating this place based on the service that I received.
So, I see the one review and then I call them mid-week. They say that they can fix my iPod. I then see that they are open on the weekend. So, I call them on Saturday right after they were opened. I asked to confirm that they can take my iPod. They say, sure come on down. When I get there, I'm a little reluctant to leave my iPod because the guy there looks like a thug and the woman looks a bit clueless. So, I ask them if they do iPod repair. They don't even answer the question. They just say that I have to come back during the week. I'm thinking that I drove all of this way after I spoke with them and now they can't even answer my question and tell me to come back during the week? What kind of customer service is that? This place is HORRIBLE. After that, I cannot trust them.
There is another vendor in Los Angeles called "iPod Repair Clinic". They have high ratings and by more than just one person. I suggest going there, because these guys suck!! -

I visited the store on 11-12-09 and Ray fixed the shattered glass on my iphone in about 25 minutes!!! He was very courteous and even let me watch while he worked on it. It is amazing how well he knew his ways in all the inner workings. He gave it back to me and it's good as new! I'm just blown away by what a fast and quality job they did. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has an apple product needing repair. They also sell a wide range of electronics, parking is convenient, and the rest of the staff is also very friendly. Wonderful!!!

Remote and on-site management of client Servers and workstations including, but not limited to, setting up DNS, Open Directory, VPN, VNC, Apple Remote Desktop, Mail and Print Server. Installing and maintaining wired/wireless networks, data security and RAID/XSAN backups.
Responsible for hiring and training of Sales and Technical staff for new product launch and certifications. Duties also include procurement of specialized products and maintaining vendor liaisons, marketing and advertizing. Responsible for delegation of responsibilities and authorities among staff.
