After being a chiropractic skeptic for many years my husband convinced me after 9 months of shoulder pain that I should just go see if it would help.  

My insurance company assigned me to Dr. Ziegler. And he is amazing.  I only saw him for 5 visits ( I have my last one scheduled next week) and my should pain is gone.  I was waking up with burning pain and my back was cracking throughout the day....It was really awful.  

With his quick treatments I was able to keep up my exercise regimen and he even helped me to understand some things I could do to help my bone health through diet.  I love that place and will certainly go back in the future.  It's amazing.....I saw 2 general practicioner doctors who essentially wanted to shoot me up with steriods or told me to deal with it.  Dr Ziegler fixed my back in no time with no drugs.  I feel great!!

I didn't get the best vibe from this establishment.  The x-ray machines in the middle of the room without special precautions scared me.  

I let them borrow a CD of some of my medical records and requested it be mailed back to me, since the treatment wasn't authorized by my insurance, and they are insisting that I come by and sign a form for them to give me back my own CD.  Since I requested it be mailed to me, they have been calling me all.the.time to ask me to come in and sign this form.  I can't afford to take more time off from work and have to do so to get them to stop calling me about something I was letting them borrow, which just feels ridiculous.

Dr. Ziegler was great, if you manage to not get caught up in stuff like this.  I learned a hard lesson about letting someone borrow my only copy of ANYTHING - if I had made a copy for them beforehand this would have never been an issue.

We review Medical Records to ensure we give patients best care as possible.  Considering it was her only copy of records, our office had to take the precaution to ensure her records did not get lost in the mail, and also it is Medical Office Procedure that the patients sign the "Release Paper" to claim responsibility of posession.

5.0 stars:-)!!  Dr Ziegler, who likes to be  called "Lou," knows his stuff when it comes to any of your chiropractic and acupuncture needs.  I have been seeing him off and on for several years and what a great difference he has made in my quality of life.  Because of Lou, I am living pain free after a car accident and believe me, that really is an incredible thing!!
