Yarah's healing touch is amazing, and very unique. Her powerful hands and focused energy, allow her to assist in deep relaxation and tension release. Her guided meditation in the beginning of our session, greatly increased my relaxation, and I was able to fall deeply into bliss. I trust her expertise, and recommend her to anyone seeking high quality bodywork. She is a true goddess in motion who can help you re-align and heal on many dimensional levels! I have considered Yarah the best massage therapist since my first massage with her over 10 years ago. Her touch is healing and deliberate. Her knowledge of the body and body systems has provided a solid foundation on which she has built a comprehensive mind-body-spirit approach to healing. Yarah is one of the best massage therapist/healers I have ever been to. She is intuitive and knowledgeable of the body. She is skillful and experienced and has a dedication to her work that shows through her presence. I have had back and neck pain for years and every time I have been to Yarah I feel the tension melt away as she carefully guides me into relaxation. I recently saw her right after my cat passed away and was very sad. By the end of the session I felt like a lot of the stress of experience had cleared away as I was able to work through the emotions of his passing with the loving touch of a sister.

In 2001, I pursued my dream career and went on to graduate from Utah College of Massage Therapy. Broadening my studies to better build an understanding how massage, fitness, and nutrition can work together to help achieve a healthier and better quality of life, I also received my fitness trainer certification. Over the last 10 years I have taken too many continuing education courses to list here.
Becoming a Kundalini Dance Facilitator has given me unprecedented information about what is stored within. This alone has deepened my knowledge of the body ten-fold and has transformed the ways I work with my clients. My passion for the work flows through my heart and hands and is what clients love most about working with me. This client and heart centered approach keeps people returning to utilize the work we do together as a therapeutic preventative medicine.
