We used Fred Torres from AGP for 2 different home inspections. Outlying factors caused our first purchase to fall through, but when we showed up to our new home 2 years later, Fred was there again, all smiles and happy to see us. He was determined to help us and had fond memories of meeting us. I couldn't believe he remembered us!
Fred went out of his way to make the process very transparent, pointing out all kinds of details to myself and my wife. He didn't just write up the report, he helped us nervous home buyers through the process by giving us background info on any problems or pluses he found in our future home as well as information on cost of repairs and whether they were something we could accomplish ourselves. With Fred on your side, we feel much more comfortable going forward with the purchase and much more knowledgeable in all aspects of home construction, maintenance and ownership. Plus, he got us a speedy report so we could keep on track with our timeline. Thanks Fred!! -

I find Advanced Group Property Inspectors to be incredibly knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to giving my clients their property inspections. The reports they provide are detailed with photographs, arrows for points of reference and most importantly, they answer questions before and after the inspection and are available by phone once the report is received if any further questions are raised.
I appreciate their services for my clients so much that I've used them for my own property inspection! -

Advanced Group Property Inspections is the only company I truly like to refer to my home buyers. Not only are the people extremely friendly and organized, but they do top-notch quality work for any home inspection report needed.
I am always requesting to work with Alex Kay. His years of experience and knowledge are helpful. He takes the time to work with my clients in explaining the conditions of the property report so all parties have a clear understanding of the condition of the home being purchased.

I personally use Advanced Group for my home inspections. I have also recommended them as one of the home inspection companies choices to my clients as well. If it's Advanced Group, I highly recommend asking for Fred Torres as the home inspector. Fred is knowledgeable, thorough, and patient.

I have used Fred Torres from AGP for a while now and really appreciate the details and the time he takes both on the day and then later on in the report. I LOVE the fact that he has pictures throughout - makes it so easy to see what he's talking about. When we recently needed some repairs done on a sale prior to closing and my client was out of town - he came back and photographed everything so that the buyer could rest assured that the work had been done. That was an invaluable help. He's very charming and friendly - no scary inspector here - always such a pleasure to work with.

We had Fred Torres do our inspection. We went through the house like a fine toothed comb. He was very meticulous and spent a considerable amount of time going through every detail of the house. The house was 2700 square feet and the report came out to over 70 pages and it was easy to read and understand. His turn around time was also very quick. No detail was too small not to be included in the report. I am very confident that I know the house very well and I am happy we had Fred and I would refer him to anyone.

I have used AGPI for several of my inspections. I find them to be very professional in all regards. From those that answer the phone to the inspectors that come to the house. The inspection reports are sent very prompt and easy to read. This past weekend I had the pleasure of having Fred Torres do another inspection for my clients. He is very good at what he does and very knowledgeable. His helpful manner works well for the clients. Thank you Fred for always doing a great job.

My inspector is Michael King, who is friendly, thorough, and eloquent. The inspection of my n1940 sqft townhouse took about one and a half hours and afterwards Michael spent at least 30 minutes walking us through every potential problem with the property and gave us advice re how to address these problems. He sent us the report the next morning, which is typed (as opposed to written reports provided by some other companies) and with pictures of each issue noted. He even highlighted the pictures to note what needs to be fixed, which is super helpful especially for someone like me who's not at all familiar with property-related vocab. I'm impressed and will recommend Advanced Group to other friends if they need inspectors for sure.

I have recommended Advance Group Property Inspections for several years now. I am a Realtor and I want to make sure that my buyers get a high quality, thorough inspection for their home. They create a great report that can be viewed and shared online with photos showing item being inspected. They go into the attic, crawl down into the crawl space, and look for any unforeseen issues so you know the condition of your home or investment property you are buying. The report is extensive.
I like that they don't do repairs so you never feel like there is a conflict of interest.
I have worked with most of their inspectors and find them professional and knowledgeable. I even use AGPI for my own purchases.

I recently just had an inspection completed by Michael Park. He was extremely thorough and efficient. I appreciated his friendliness, attentiveness and professionalism. He not only walked through any issues in detail, he also provided solutions on how to get them fixed and who would need to take care of the tasks. AGPIC is hands down our preferred inspection company. Our agents at Keller Williams Realty have been using AGPIC for numerous years. Fred Torres is one of my personal favorites. Fred is very attentive to the client's needs. My clients consist mostly of first time home buyers and they really appreciate the patience and special attention that they receive from AGPIC. It's not a surprise that they are the preferred inspection company amongst our real estate agents.

I'm not sure if things have changed over the years with the staff in AGPIC. I recently hired this firm for an inspection, and I must say that I was not impressed at all by the quality of the inspection and the inspector's professionalism.
Typically a thorough inspection would take 2 - 3 hours for a single family home. The inspector we hired finished the inspection in less than an hour. While I was surprised by the quick inspection, I gave him the benefit of the doubt that perhaps the house was really "clean" and free of problems. However, once I received the inspection report I was really surprised by the lack of details this inspector provided. If something wasn't out of sight, it was out of reach. I can't believe that I paid $450 for such a sub par inspection. He did not even go up to the roof because he claimed that it would do more damage than good.
My agent suggested me to contact him for additional details. When I was asking for clarification, he told me that I was "picky" and he wasn't sure what I expected from the inspection. Well, I expected what every buyer would expect, a thorough inspection that would give the buyer a peace of mind. Is that too much to ask??? I would give it a no star if possible.
