We were charged $$ for a problem that was never solved. We were previous customer that bought a new furnace and tankless water heater from them. We even referred them to family, neighbors and my clients. We have never had an issue with their service until now.
The customer service and quality of their techs seems to have diminished once you become an existing customer. This is not how a business should be treating their customers that has spent $$ with them within the last few years and has referred them. Now when friends, co-workers, family and neighbors as for referrals, this company will recommended as one NOT to call! -

I was needing my furnace replaced...contacted these guys who sent out a guy promising replacement and asbestos abatement in one day. That should have immediately alerted me that something was wrong. On the promised day of delivery, no-one showed. I called their office and was told that one of the worker's Grandmothers had died, so they wouldn't be in. I then rescheduled. On the *second* try, the workers showed up. Without the equipment to do the asbestos abatement. At that point, after having taken time off of work *twice*, I canceled the job. Then had to put in a complaint the Better Business Bureau to get a refund of my partial prepayment (lesson learned...never do that again); in the response to my complaint, the company stated that *I* had canceled the first appointment....in short, these guys lie, don't follow up on commitments, and are a complete and total waste of time! Run for the hills!
