Very Mixed. I had a cyst removed by Dr. Merino. He was great and did a wonderful job. Julia did a great job with Botox for me. But each time I see her, she acts like she had never met me before, even though she has my file in her hand. I also had my son treated for acne by Grace. She was completely uninterested in what I had to say and immediately wanted to give him Accutane (which is very dangerous) without even asking about diet, hygiene, etc. I had to pretty much beg her do write a prescription for something less aggressive.

Scheduling is awful, I think a mole they removed is infected and they won't give me a follow up appt or see me at the same office so now I have to drive across town. Would not recommend.

Grace Nguyen, PA and Julia Storti, ARNP are providers here and DO NOT LISTEN TO PATIENT CONCERNS. I came in for the first time with concerns of ringworm. I have had it before and it had reappeared again. Like the previous poster stated, they second guessed everything that I said, all of the signs and symptoms I told them that I had been having, and completely ignored my previous history and treatment of ringworm, and formed a completely different diagnosis. When questioned about the diagnosis (it'd be nice to have some info on what it is) she stated that "it was not ringworm and that she was going to go write this up" and left. Very rude, and unwilling to consider different thoughts or opinions. I asked to see the second provider, because the first was rude, and she came right in and backed up everything that the first had said at a seconds glance. Refused to send culture, stating that a lot of the time, cultures come out negative anyway. I left extremely frustrated, and angry. I am also a nurse, and it's sad that patients are not being listened to when they normally have a good sense of what is normal/abnormal for themselves. I will never return here and would not recommend anyone go here!
