I took my car there this week for what I found to be two sensors gone haywire and a possible fuel pump replacement. They explained everything to me so I could understand and I also had to my serpentine belt replaced. What impressed me most was this: Dave called me and was telling me about how i should get these bolts replaced, my car has been making this noise and I said to him "eeehhh.. going to be pretty expensive to get it all done" and he honored a new customer discount also, BUT he said to me that honestly, getting these bolts replaced was NOT a safety issue, it was just troublesome or annoying to hear that rattle. This would have cost me around $250 i believe. For him to say, to a new cust too, that it wasn't a safety issue and to say I could live w/o it.. sold me! He could've easily have said "if you don't get these replaced, blah blah blah could break down and blah blah blah". That is honestly and I so appreciate it!!! these guys are my go-to's!!!

Honest and Knowledgeable repair men. They get the job done in the time frame promised. The owner must be a motorcross racer and hunter. The office is filled with stuffed birds and photos of racing.
Convenient location to downtown Palatine Train Station and Starbucks. -

These guys are the best car guys in the NW suburbs. I've tried about 6 different shops, and Dave and the crew are tops. They're knowledgeable and they consistently have the lowest quotes on any job. The name of the game is finding inexpensive quality parts and they seem to have it figured out. They're trustworthy and it's hard to find that in mechanics sometimes. Give them a shot and you won't be disappointed. I moved to Chicago and still drive out here sometimes because they're that good.
