This place is simply AWESOME!!!!
Scott is incredible to work with. I brought my 2006 Ford Taurus for some front brakes. I dropped it off in the mid morning and replace the front brakes, the rotors, the rear brakes and even found a leak and fix that too!!!
The prices are very competetive, but what really stands out is two things
First, Scott himself is honest (A RARE thing in automotive) and he treats you as a friend and family member...
Second, the quality of the work done in conjunction with him also looking at other issues that your car might have and giving out great advice!
I was recommended to him from So Cal Auto Sound and I have been this happy with any mechanic in years

I went to this place a few days ago for oil change $29 included tax. This place is located near the on ramp to 55N, it's a bit difficult to get to this place. I had a coupon from valpak. The staff there treated me with respect, even though I am a female, they did not try to give me a $500 estimate. If you know what I mean, many places would try to push you, and pressure you to get more things done on your car. When they see a girl going into their store, they see dollar sign in their eyes. Yet, this place is honest, efficient, and respect my decision on not doing the transmission fluid and replace the battery at this time due to various reason. I feel comfortable getting my car service and I will definitely return to this place if I need anything else!
Customer service is excellent! I would recommend this place to any girls who need oil change and other car service done. -

They recently did an AAA used vehicle inspection on my Mercedes. Good customer service and when something didn't go quite right the immediately fixed it. An honest mechanic with good customer service is hard to find.

I came here on a Friday morning without an appointment and they were able to take look at my 2003 Honda Accord. They were pretty fast but I did have to wait an hour and a half once they were able to figure out what was wrong and get started on the service. They charge $88 to look at the car and figure out what's wrong but then waive that fee if you continue with any of their recommendations. I did wait a little longer than I was told but because I came without an appointment I didn't want to complain. Overall the service guys were friendly and seemed pretty straightforward and honest. I came here solely based on the Yelp recommendations and would say that they were true to their reputation.

I was worried about finding a reliable mechanic when I moved to Orange County since I have had bad experiences in the past, but a coworker referred me to Advanced Auto Care and I'm so glad I took her advice!
I have had a few oil changes, headlights replaced, and wheel bearing replaced and each time the service was quick and the prices were fair (I have a Honda Civic).
I appreciate that Scott calls to discuss services that I might want to consider for my car, but does not pressure me to purchase anything beyond what I came in for.
Definitely recommend Advanced Auto Care! -

Ill keep this short. I had my car worked on today by Advanced Auto. Scott the manager was good to work with. It was just a basic tune up and oil change, but there was no upsell, no push for more service and was done when promised. Overall will use them again!

Rented a Penske moving truck from here, although they didn't have the 12' I reserved they let me use the 16' with no additional charges! On top of the friendly service, the mechanics there even let my friends and boyfriend "play" with the LIME GREEN Lamborghini that was on the lot! He opened the doors for them, let them all sit in it and take pictures and EVEN let them start it up! We later found out from that it belonged to Missy Elliot! Wow!

I am a single mom and I met Scott when I needed my daughter's car fixed. From then on, he has become a loyal and trusted friend in the car business. He has always had my best interest when he could have easily taken advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I appreciate his honest and integrity.....he is truly the best of the best! Since I bought my "POS" '94 Ford Explorer to save up some money to buy a new care. I've had a few issues here & there with the truck.
I found this place near to my home and decided to bring it in, as I first needed to get the car smoged and it needed some work done to it to pass. Scott the owner @ Advanced is very straight forward and fair with his prices. Because of this, whenever I have problems with the truck I only goto him. I would recommend this place to anyone as they fix all types of cars, and even after I get my next "new" car, I will be taking here for the oil changes.

Usually only go to the dealer for service, but was limited by time constraints and found this place on yelp. The reviews were accurate: super cool owner, honest and nice and reasonably quick and priced right. Will definitely come back.

If you are looking for an honest and fair mechanic, at very reasonable prices, look no further.
Advanced Auto Care is owned by Scott, and he seems to be building a business based on honesty, value, and teamwork. These guys have worked on our Saturn (from oil changes to replacing water pumps) and I find them to be very competent.
They don't B.S. you - I know a bit about cars and they don't oversell anything, but only suggest what your car needs. So lets review: honest, integrity based, and just nice guys to do business with. Do ya need anything more? Thumbs up to this auto repair crew. -

My car was not in good shape. I was afraid that it was time for my car and I to part ways. Thankfully I found Advanced Auto Care! A friend recommended that I see them before I gave up on my car. I'm so glad that I did. Not only did they fix everything and have my car in better shape than ever, but they fixed it for less than half of what I was quoted at other places! As if that isn't nice enough, the staff is super nice and friendly! I definitely will always bring my car back here. These guys are great! Great value and superb work! Thanks again!

I needed to get my truck smogged after it failed with the previous owner. These guys did the work on the catalytic con, so I figured it would be the most logical place to take it. Fearing that they would come back with some costly repair bill, I was pleased that 20 min. and $50 later I was out the door with a passing grade. It could not have possibly gone any smoother.

Needed an oil change and noticed a mysterious leak I have never noticed before. I'm like a mechanic's dream. "ummm something is leaking and I don't know anything about cars..." instead of charging me $90 and "fixing" it he told me it was normal AC exhaust. Oil change was cheap ($25) fast (15 mins) and he checked everything out before my road trip and I'm feeling confident about my upcoming road trip. You could tell from chatting with people waiting for their cars that they have lots of happy customers that spread the word by word of mouth. Very happy.

This is the only auto shop I will bring my car to. They're honest, friendly, and don't try to rip you off. Whenever I bring my car in, I know that it's in good hands, and they don't talk down to me because I'm a woman. When I bring in my car for a checkup, they call me and discuss what my car needs and in what priority I should replace things. If they don't feel that it's completely necessary to do something to my car, they tell me, and we decide when is the best time to bring my Civic back, and they don't overcharge me at all. They also have a great sense of humor! They found a dead lizard in my tire the first time I went there, and I've been back several times since and they remember me well.

The most honest mechanic in Orange County. I took my car in with my wife's to get our smog checks. He told me right away that mine would fail with my engine light on. I had a lot of work done on my 4runner (which has 146k miles and was overdue for some checkup love). While we waited, Scott's (the owner) wife was there with their baby, and talked to my wife for 20 minutes or so about babies, and then opened up the back of their SUV to let us change our baby in the back of their own car. That was a few weeks ago, and today I came back to bring my car in to actually pass the smog test, and something had come loose in my engine and was making frightening sounds, scaring me and my passengers on any given day. I picked up my car at the end of the day and they had fixed the scary noise at no charge and handled my smog test...everyone there is so friendly, and the location is so convenient next to the 55. We will be customers for life.
