I was in the market for installing 23 new energy efficient windows into my home. I happened upon Advanced Windows & Doors while driving south on Rosemead Blvd (south of Garvey). It is a family owned company that has been in business for 40 years! Joe, the owner was very nice and knowledgeable about the different types of windows. I didn't have the measurements with me but he said that I could call them in and he would quote me on the phone. I ended up getting the measurements that day and driving back to see him. He must have spent at least one hour with me. His quote was reasonable so I will be going with him for the windows. Just because of his great customer service and his established business, even if someone comes in a little bit lower, I am still going with this family owned business. They have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). They are also known as Advanced Hardward & Builders Supply. The provided other services such as: Tile installation, decks, concrete, drywall, stucco, Interior/Exterior Painting, Patios, Fencing/Gates, Electrical, Roofing, Plumbing, Re-Piping, Heating & AC, carpentry. They have a small window/door showroom in the back.

I own a 5 unit building in Santa Monica and needed 11 windows replaced in one unit. From my 1st contact with Advance Windows & Doors I was treated to stellar customer service. Joe and I met, I received a quote which was fair and the work was scheduled. Installation was professional and clean. The windows are a nice improvement to my property. Overall an easy experience. I will use them again when I need to update my other units.
