Review from Alejandro M.
San Diego, CA
I'm giving this establishment five stars based on customer service and knowledgeable technicians.
My 2002 Honda Civic overheated on the 210 on my drive from San Diego to Sacramento. After my vehicle cooled down I drove to their shop. I asked them to take a look as I was in a hurry. He quickly ran some tests on the cooling fans and radiator, diagnosed it, added water in my radiator and said it would make it Sacramento. I asked him what I owed him and he said, "nothing." He could have charged me for the tests and the services, but he didn't.
Someone like that I would trust to work on my vehicle if I lived in that area. My car made it all the way to Sacramento where I had it diagnosed at the Honda dealership for $120 and they told me the same thing Advance Auto did but that I shouldn't drive it and instead leave it there to get fixed.
I drove it all the way back to San Diego, only stopping to add water, where I am currently getting the head gasket replaced and other cooling-related repairs.
