Went for a battery test, Rick was very nice. He was very informative about the ins and outs. He was not pushy to force me to buy his battery but he gave me several options to choose from. 10/10 for Ricks customer service

Not good, unprofessional staff and I waited for nearly 10 mins in the checkout line. There was nobody in front of me and there was at least five associates in the store. I was apparently invisible. There was some cussing going on and some frustration by a few associates. Seemed like they were having a bad day. I just needed to grab a quart of brake fluid.

So disappointed....my husband used to get all of our boating needs from our local Advanced Auto..,,something has changed, the staff is not knowledgeable about the boating needs, they do not have parts and supplies, what the heck....we live on a peninsula, it is after Memorial Fay weekend...yes the red necks even convert from Trucks to Boats from Memorial Day to Labor Day.... aNd you all are missing a big part of your consumer base..... very disappointed.... will find a company that can serve our needs all year around.
