Fantastic experience with this Advance Auto! I was getting gas up the road and my car almost didn't start - knowing it was the battery, I called over here to this Advance Auto and spoke to a gentleman named Tom who looked up the battery options they had for my vehicle, all of which they had in stock, and I headed over immediately to get it. When I got there, he remembered speaking to me and went right for the battery we discussed, then even installed it in my car for me.

Tom was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and informative - I'm thankful he was there to help me out and made the entire experience feel hassle free, alleviating much of the inevitable stress that's evoked by needing to replace a car battery on a whim! Will definitely be back! Thanks Tom!

The best experience ever!!! I was involved in a hit-and-run while I was sitting at a red light. My bumper was dislocated. Insurance was going to be $500 for starters. I am far from a mechanic but I thought this could be fixed. I just needed the screws. The team was SUPER Awesome! There were 3 gentlemen there. Two young guys probably my kid's age and Tom! Well, they were all so helpful and Tom looked at my car and although they didn't have exactly what I needed he got me something close that worked just as well. The customer service and time spent to help me and the empathy these gentlemen had for this Lady in Distress was PRICELESS. I only spent $4.78 but again the experience was priceless. Excellent customer service. All employees are very friendly, however David Martinez (manager) went above me beyond. He helped me to find the exact original parts for my vehicle at a great prices. I came in for a battery that went dead unexpectedly. Usually I like to use coupons for auto-related stuff, but that wasn't an option this time. While looking at the battery prices, I said "Man, I wish I had some coupons." Well, as and ye shall receive. One of the guys at the counter, Anthony I think, gave me a code and told me to try it online. So standing right there I went on my phone, chose that location for pickup, entered the code, and I saved $40! A few minutes later they got an email confirmation, installed the battery, and I was on my way quickly. Best visit yet! Now if only they did oil changes...

Rolando from advance auto parts was very knowledgeable. He helped me pick out the correct battery for our minivan was very upfront and honest and installed it for me. Great person to talk too. Very knowledgeable and personable.

The lady Precilla is extremely unprofessional. She flirts with my son extensively and always asks for him when I visit alone and it makes him very uncomfortable. I would hope Firestone would hire professional and courteous employees but that is not what has been seen here.

Great experience at the Moss Park Advance Auto Zone. My license plate was falling off and Anthony helped by looking for several pieces of hardware to reattach it to the car. One side was of the plate was damaged and the original hardware he tried did not work. He went the extra mile and looked for a washer to help the screw stay in place. Each time we went back out to my car he held the door open for me like a gentlemen. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I thought I was going to have to go to the DMV to get another plate. Nobody wants to go to the DMV, am I right? Thank you Anthony!

David was absolutely amazing he went above and beyond to try to help me out. Even notice that I have my small child with me and made sure that I was priority so my kid would not have a temper tantrum. Clean store and just over all the best experience I have had with the company. Thank you David

I have spent thousands of dollars at this store and the one time I needed to return something, David refused. Not even store credit. This store has a jerk for a manager and I cannot wait for autozone to open and take away some of their business. All of the front line employees agree that David, the store manager, is a hack! Take your business elsewhere.
