Our battery on our 2016 BMW died this morning. With a jump from a friend we were on our way to the BMW dealer but calling found their service center was closed. My husband said he could change the battery so we purchased one at the Advance Auto Parts in Berlin, MD. To our complete surprise, the staff offered to change the battery for us at absolutely so charge since it had to be registered and programmed. We were beyond shocked and so grateful. The staff at Advanced Auto Parts in Berlin is exceptional. We will make sure to patronize this particular business in the future...and so should you!

This store is no longer helping the public solve automotive issues!!
Examples: I went to them to have them read a code for my car and was told by Steven that they no longer do that. They explained that they have not done this for 2 yrs !
The crazy thing is, their website shows this, as a regular service that they offer to the public. I then actually called the Millsboro, Delaware store to see if they still offered this service and I was told yes!
I really wish I could leave a no star reading for them as they are rude and have no customer service skills!!
If you want good customer service and someone who will truly help you, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
I then tried to get them to help me today by just loosening a nut on my battery cable and they said NO, unless I purchased a new battery from them!!
Again I WARN YOU! Don't go ther

Bought a new battery online and as soon as I walked through the door I had Mark and Ben helping me. They were extremely helpful and considerate. They didn't know if they could install the battery for me since my car was a hybrid and other things but they did all they could for me and successfully installed it there. Customer service and care was exceptional and so appreciated by the two of them!

Ok so the other night I was at home performing a simple oil change and I discovered my oil pan drain plug bolt was stripped! This was about 8:45 in the evening and the only auto parts store open this late is it AdVance, which is much later than any of the other parts stores in the area to begin with . So long story short, i jump in my other vehicle and I get there seconds flat right before 9 PM and closing time . Explain the situation to one of the employees who was already standing outside about to go home and he let me in to locate the part I needed which is a good thing because I needed to drive the car the next morning to go to work . These guys took their time and went out of their way to help me and I like to give a shout out to both of them, Jared and the manager Ron! Thank u for going out of your way. You guys saved the day!

Great customer service. Mark did a great job installing my new battery and testing my alternator. Don't hesitate to stop in for any of your auto needs.

Had a problem with a wiper blade clip that needed replaced. Found the clip and installed within moments. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend using this location !!

Got all-star service from the kind gentlemen that work there. I was in and out and my wife was in and out a couple times on Saturday. They were very accommodating and we can't thank them enough for their professional, courteous service. They made the process as painless as possible. Thanks guys!
