I went to Dr. Reed 2-3 times a week for months to help me with my arm/hand injuries and he was fantastic. He always greeted with me with a giant smile and tons of enthusiasm. He gave me great hands-on treatment and helped me stay positive through my recovery. I always felt better after going there and thank him and his staff for the great treatment.

I found Dr. Reed through Yelp, and so glad I did.
I was very picky in reading the yelp reviews, as finding a good chiropractor is so important and I didn't want to pay a bunch of chiropractors to shop around. He had great reviews, so after a few months of searching yelp reviews, I took the leap.
I had had pain in my right arm/ shoulder for years which I later discovered was due to compression/ pinched nerves in my neck. As a result, sometimes basic things hurt such as scrubbing dishes for long periods, or certain yoga poses which required putting pressure on my shoulders (chattarunga for example).
I saw a chiropractor for about a year and a half which helped stabilize me, but once my package was over I chose not to return.
That's when I found Dr. Reed. He has used this compression release method on my neck, that does wonders. I am finally doing chattarunga in yoga, which had been absent/ modified in my practice for YEARS. I am so grateful!!
I would recommend others to see him based on this... it has helped me so much. -

I didn't know what it felt like to be pain-free until I became a patient of Dr. Reed one year ago.
I started treatment with him because I had been suffering from sciatica for years - it was crippling pain and had been exhausting to deal with. Dr. Reed quickly identified my problem areas and within the first couple of visits the pain started to dissipate. Then, within a short time, the sciatica had essentially disappeared. I had been living with this for 10 years, and please believe me when I say that I had forgotten what it was like to be pain-free. Now my visits are all about maintenance and "corrections".
Dr. Reed makes you feel like you are his only client of the day during your appointment - he is genuinely concerned for your health and well-being and He wants nothing more than to make you happy and healthy. I would recommend him in a heart-beat. He is amazing.
The bonus: he has a massage therapist who is amazing, as well as personal trainers that gently and carefully help the healing process. -

I've been going to Dr. Reed for over 5 years, and he is a truly caring professional. I originally started treatment for a neck problem, which responded very well to the treatments. Now I see him on an occasional basis when needed, and I'm always so happy with my treatments! I have an active job that keeps me on my feet all day, so my body really needs tuning up every now and then!
I highly recommend Dr. Reed! -

Dr. Reed is a warm, caring, compassionate doctor. I've been treated by Dr Reed for 2 1/2 years after moving here from Chicago and I can't recommend him enough. His office staff--especially Magali--is cheerful and helpful. Oh, and if you need a massage? Tai is terrific!
His prices are reasonable and I've never had a billing problem. Dr Reed--and his staff--have the highest integrity of any medical professionals I've met in Southern California. -

I've been seeing Dr. Dave for 3 years, he's amazing. The first time I saw Dave, my back had locked up after surfing - I could hardly move - it was time to finally see a chiropractor and I was terrified. My back was so bad I had trouble getting out of the passenger seat of the car, Dave put me at ease and after 30 minutes, Dave had me moving and walking again. He really knows his stuff, but mostly, he cares.

Dr. David Reed is just amazing. I've been coming here religiously for the past 3-4 years just to keep my body working comfortably. I'm extremely active, having taught group fitness, working as a personal trainer, and training on my own (weights, spinning, running, kickboxing, stairs, etc). Thankfully I've spent enough time stretching that I've never sustained more than an ache here or a tight IT band or hamstring there... and anything that felt more serious was treated by Dr. Reed and never escalated into anything more. I'm not a fan of the electrostim or ultrasound, so this review is based purely on my appointments with Dr. Reed. He does a great job with the cracking, and also spends time working on the muscles as well. At times it can be like the most painful massage you've ever experienced, but it's all worked to keep me loose & active.
2 weeks ago I completely rolled my ankle while kickboxing and tore a ligament. I headed straight to Dr. Reed's the day after.. he massaged the ankle, did ultrasound and put this awesome kinesio-tape on the ankle- the swelling was down at least 50% by the next day. I'm still recuperating, but the damage would have been more substantial had I not gone to get treated immediately.
There are so many great things I can say about this office. Dr. Reed is a former personal trainer & was big into body building and has changed his view to support a more healthy & natural lifestyle. He really understands the body and strives to help you understand natural ways to fix any number of ailments. He has great recommendations, a huge stash of natural supplements, an awesome water alkalizing system, and is overall a super nice & GOOD person. He also treats my boyfriend (who fights professionally) on a sponsorship and has done nothing but good with him since he always has some sort of serious injury going on. Dr. Reed also takes the time to explain what he's treating and why he's doing what he's doing. I just can't say enough about him- he's good people.
Another perk is going to get massage on a weekly basis at his office. He has more than one therapist now, but I'm loyal to his O.G. massage therapist, Mary Frances (who also happens to be my kickboxing coach). She's a sweetheart & remembers everything about my trouble spots, and is truly concerned with providing me massage as THERAPY... it's her priority to have the massage HELP ME rather than to fill up her 60 minutes. Plus she is strong as all hell and can make any man cry (just let her work on your IT band, trust me!). She is by far the best massage therapist I've ever been to! If you're looking for a great massage on Friday or Saturday afternoons, she's your girl. It's $60 for a 60 minute massage. -

I have been going to Dr. Reed for a while now and I always look forward to my visits. He and his team are a Godsend to me. I suffer from a bad back and hip from an injury I suffered last year and Dr. Reed helps me manage the pain and issues associated with the injury.
Dr. Reed is very knowledgeable and professional. He also has the best customer service and an all around wonderful chiropractor who really cares about his patients. -

Dr. Reed is an amazing chiropractor. I have had back issues due to a bulged disc for 13 years now. I have been to several chiropractors who couldn't adjust me properly or didn't show concern on how to help make me better. He posesses both being a good chiropractor and truly caring about his patients!

I went to Dr. Reed three times in July and paid my visits up front. They did submit them also to my Insurance so they could go towards my Chiropractor deductible. I just received a letter from them and my insurance company. My Insurance company detailed their claims and they charged for 5 services each time I visited, totaling over $1,200. The bill from Dr. Reed's office stated that I owed them $79.00 plus around $400 for the rest of my deductible! What in the world are they talking about?! I spoke with the office manager and she seemed to believe the baloney she was telling me. Hey, it's not my problem you guys tried to rip off my Insurance company and now want me to pay to meet my deductible?! I paid for my visits and have receipts, the rest is not up to me. I smell a fraud

I have been to many chiropractors in Los Angeles and I have to say that Dr. Reed is the absolute best! My injury from last year left my body in a lot of pain and discomfort. Thanks to Dr. Reed and his friendly staff, I am now pain free.
Dr. Reed and his wonderful team are a God send to me. They are helping with the pain issues and also in regaining muscle and strength from the atrophy on my injured leg. After 3 months of overall therapy from Dr. Reed and staff, Im feeling so much better. It's easier to to deal with every day life when I don't have to wake up with so much pain. -

I got in a rear end accident a few years back and I was so lucky to find such a good chiropractor. He treated the injury and has also helped me with my other back and shoulder problems from working on computers for 17 years.

Dr. David Reed is a truly wonderful chiropractor. I have gone to chiropractors for many years with mixed success. Soon after moving to the Los Angeles area, I found Dr. Reed. And it is the best move I have made since coming here. He is extremely knowledgeable and very very caring. Each person is an individual to him and he is not satisfied until he has made you feel better. Dr. Reed is always smiling and it comes from the love of his work and the love of his patients. He has helped me so much and I am very grateful for all he has done for me.

Dr. Reed is the absolute best chiropractor I have ever been to. After my car accident for the second time I decided to go somewhere close to home and I found Dr. Reed. I am so glad I did. He has helped he move my shoulder in full range of motion and helped my ribs recover as well. He is very knowledgeable in everything he is doing and had an answer for all of my questions and believe me I have a lot of them. I told him my car insurance only gave me a limited amount to pay for my visits and he told me not to worry and the most important thing was for me to feel better. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is kind, considerate, professional and amazing!

I started going to Dr. Reed about a month ago and I definately see progress. He is a wonderful chiropractor who listens to his patients and genuinly wants to help them get better. He has a wonderful bedside manner and explains what he is doing. I like the fact that he worked as a trainer and seems to know the body so well! I walked in there with so much neck pain and after a few weeks he decided to test my adrenal functions which tested low functioning.... who would have thought to test me for that?? Once I got on the correct supplements to support my adrenals I was feeling sooo much better and so was my neck! Thank you Dr. Reed. I'd also like to say the staff at his office is top notch! They take care of you like no other :) which is very very important to me. One of the reasons I left my last chiropractor is poor service. Not the case here. Also would like to mention. The massage therepist is incredible!!!!! I'm an avid cyclist so my legs and calves get knotted up easily.... she knows exactly what to do. I'm hooked and actually helps with my training. Love love this place! I highly recommend it!

i have absolutely no qualms about the highest possible recommendation for dr reed. i have had a very long list of injuries and scoliosis issues and my trust has been proven right over and over. worth it!
