MRS. Ng and her husband, Clifton, run a classy, crackin', efficient & effective business. I don't think I've ever been met with the same level of professionalism and friendliness at an insurance office. i know they have provided insurance for some of my friends as well, and they are quite pleased...quite pleased.

I decided that  after my friend's apartment got flooded and she lived with us for a week telling us about the carnage that I was going to definitely get renter's insurance... tomorrow. Well, tomorrow turned into next week, next week turned into next month and next month turned into, well, way longer than it ever should have. So, I searched State Farm on Yelp based on some Talk threads and couldn't find anything close. So, I checked their website and there was Adrienne Ng, just around the corner from us. Perfect, I'm a busy guy, I don't have time for this planning ahead nonsense.

Well, I made an appointment, got right in and Miss Ng couldn't have made the process easier. She was very forthright and very clear about the whole process, walking me through my coverage and how i'm not covered by earthquakes here in California (but I could purchase coverage separately). After everything was all set up I felt very secure and happy I'd signed up for the insurance, which was relatively easy and took just a little over an hour. But, that's not all... Adrienne informed me she does financial planning as well, a department which I've decided I could use some advice in. So I had her call me in a month and we could meet up again.

So, I went back to her office today to talk about how clueless I am about investing. My credit card and my change jar obviously won't cut it for retirement. But finances are a sensitive subject for a lot of folks, especially if you're not really sure what you want to do with your money. But Adrienne is super pleasant and easy on the eyes, which made the whole experience very comfortable for me. And that says a lot considering I avoid math like I do root canals. But now that I'm approaching 30, I really should have my life in order and Adrienne has been a huge help in me accomplishing my planning ahead and even answers all my goofball questions with a smile.

I definitely recommend her to anyone who needs help being a responsible adult.
