Amazing! Been here twice for special occasions with my boyfriend and we love it. Obviously expensive, but if you're looking to treat yourself, go here. We've had both the winter and summer menus and they were both delicious - lots to offer, fresh food and a good wine selection.
We also had wonderful service! Our waitress was lovely and great to talk to and she gave great advice on the menu. My boyfriend also describes the restaurant as "casual up-sale." Adrienne's has a great atmosphere where it's expensive without feeling stuffy. Totally laid back and they make you feel comfortable.
Haven't been there for brunch yet, but I imagine we'll do that one day! That menu also looks great. -

Started off by meeting Adrienne in "her backyard " which is the patio by the river. That place is a wonderful area for any type of gathering which would require a gourmet setting. Adrienne greeted us with a positive, upbeat demeanor which sets the tone for the evening ahead. Her expertise in the kitchen is evident as the various courses arrive at our table with a pleasant presentation.
Our waitress was also a positive addition to our experience since we want to enjoy ourselves surrounded by people who enjoy what they do for a career. One can just feel the positive energy throughout Adrienne's Restaurant.
I started with an creamy asparagus soup with dill which was to "die" for .... but it didn't kill me! LOL Next I had the quail which was done to perfection and my wife had the filet mignon which again was done beautifully. The only problem with the desserts is that one cannot eat one of each. Had a difficult time choosing among each one.
Adrienne comes out of the kitchen to greet each table to see how everything is and to converse with each patron. I have always respected any chef who ventures out of the "sacred" kitchen to ask how things were.
Lastly, Adrienne has a terrific sense of humor and we had a delightful conversation with her learning about how she got started in this business and how she brought this "gem" of a restaurant to New Milford.
Highly recommend this restaurant especially if you want to impress someone, celebrate a momentous occasion or just want to taste what good, natural, local food which is always gourmet. -

I have eatten at Adrienne's many times for dinner and brunch. I have also taken cooking classes there. This is a great place for a special night out!
Ambience: The is a colonial house that was built in 1774 I believe. The dining room occupies the original parlor and living rooms which both have fireplaces, cloth covered tables for 2 and 4. There is also dining in the original kitchen with the stone hearth. Three are candles on the table, original hardwood floors and live music on some evenings- ask the staff. They are happy to accomodate parties or cater your event. They have a fantastic stone patio overlooking the Hussatonic River that is open in summer. There is plenty of parking.
FOOD: This is a 5-star restaurant, check out your Zagat guide. I have liked everything I have had here. From the salads, to the soups, from the steak, fish, venison, and vegies to the fabulous desserts. Brunch is wonderful and is served with a basket of breads and fruit. But let's talk about the full bar-great wine list. Oh and the desserts! Flourless chocolate cake, lemon tart, creme brulee, and chef Adrienne makes all her own sorbets and ice creams. The toasted coconut chocolate chip is our favorite! Now, go...make your reservation!Listed in: restaurants around the USA

If I ever retire and my family puts me into a nursing home, I can only hope that the food and atmosphere is like Adrienne's. The aroma and menu reminded me of my great aunt's, but not the one who was a good cook or smelled nice.
The food was good, best I'm sure anyone over 68 years old has had. I just felt out of place being the youngest person in the room by four decades. -

Wonderful food at dinner and Sunday brunch (come hungry!). A great place for a romantic dinner. Truly good cuisine in the cozy atmosphere of an antique New England home. Wide board floors and fireplaces, moldings galore. Chef is excellent - and even made me a special tea when she heard me coughing that cured me for the night! Very good!!!

AMAZING food. Went for brunch last Mother's Day and had a seafood crepe that was really incredible. Nice atmosphere as well. You feel like you're a guest in someone's home.
