This realtor handled our rental of a property in Studio City.
Our experience with Adrienne was very negative, with her misrepresenting herself as the representative for a property when she actually owned it, asking us to allow her to replace our photos on the wall so she could put her own up for an appraisal to show she was still occupying the house, and generally not being professional when entering our house, not announcing herself, turning on our water and leaving it on, and not being considerate or helpful.
I would be very careful when considering working with her, and would consider her to be a hinderance to getting a deal done.
