Review from Kinsee M.
San Diego, CA
Once upon a time, Little Italy was a ratty part of San Diego. Artists flocked to the area for the cheap studio space. Soon, gentrification kicked in and most of the artists moved out.
Over the last few years, however, the "art & design" district started to reform. Tons of crazy, contemporary furniture stores moved in, galleries moved in, and a few of the artists moved back.
Adorn is one of the relatively new contemporary furniture stores and art galleries in Little Italy. It's dope, packed with unique stuff you won't find anywhere else. They take part in Kettner nights (a gallery walk held once a month in Little Italy). That's the time to go, 'cause you can shop and drink free wine at the same time. The art shows they host are usually pretty interesting, too. -
Review from Edenista M.

Adorn is another hip, contempo/modern, home decor nexus. The art (check out Todd karpenter's oil on masonite) is great and impressive, the objects like the kinetic mobiles are ultra modern, and the furniture is contemporary chic. This is another jewel of a store in good old Little Italy. This zone offers a great assortment of homely design to adorn your crib with the finest stylistic artifacts. In my opinion, their furniture is not the highlight, Mixture up the street offers a far better selection, but their accessories and artworks are ultra urban stylish.
