We stayed in 4 of these villas on separate occasions the past year.  They are all gorgeous and very well appointed.  Quality construction and beautiful architecture.

Their maid service is the best I've ever seen and deserves to be commended ~~ we never found so much as speck of dust or stray hair.

All of the staff is great, and of course Ingrid is wonderful.  We love staying here!  The only thing we didn't like was the lack of full-time room service, as this is the kind of place that once you get in the room you do not want to leave.  Having to go out for lunch and dinner, and having such limited breakfast options, was a TOTAL bummer, especially when one considers the price per night.  You can arrange for your own private dinner by the chef, but that takes planning and advance notice ~~ who wants to do that while on vacation?  Not us.

You are greeted by fresh bread warming in your personal bread maker, there are snacks and a few drinks in the little refrigerator.  The fireplaces are awesome and the giant bathtubs (with their own fireplaces) make for an exquisite, relaxing experience.

Top notch!  We stay here as much as possible and look forward to doing such again.

My husband and I decided to stay here for our honeymoon. Holy crap we couldn't have found a more beautiful place to stay in Sedona. The property is small, but extremely lush in flowers, trees, and various plants. Because it is a "boutique bed & breakfast", they do have breakfast in the morning. The chef, an adorable little french woman, will gladly accommodate any eating fancies you may have (in this case, my hubby is vegetarian). She will also have your food delivered to your room if you wish. They have fresh afternoon h'or deurves and evening pastries in the lobby area every day, aaand freshly baked bread waiting for you in your room.

The rooms themselves are magnificent. Every room has a theme. We stayed in "Red Cinders", which graced us with the most comfortable king sized bed I've ever slept in, a jetted tub, a walk in shower, a couple's sink, plush robes and slippers, a kitchenette area with fridge, table and chairs, sink, and microwave, a fireplace, private patio, tv, and two large sitting chairs.

They also have a very nice pool (it's small) and a hot tub with jets that'll blow you out of the water. They do offer spa services, as well. The boy and I had a couple's massage, he the deep tissue and I the prenatal. He couldn't have been happier with his deep tissue. I have had better prenatal, but it was alright. Warning though, the therapists can only accept cash gratuity, so be prepared because these services aren't cheap.

Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay at Adobe Grand Villas. If you don't mind shelling out some extra cash, definitely splurge here. It's worth every penny.

I would confidently recommend the Adobe Grand Villas to anyone going to Sedona, Arizona. I just finished a three night stay there. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The free gourmet breakfast is different and delicious every day, as is the 4 o'clock snack. I loved the unlimited free bottled water and free in room snacks. The free fresh baked bread daily in my villa was delicious and smelled incredible. The microwave, and dinnerware in my villa came in handy. The huge bathroom and jacuzzi spa tub with bath salts provided was also fantastic. The very best thing though, was the 3 course dinner served in my villa by the chef/innkeeper. It was mouth-watering delicious and worth the $20 fee to have it served in my villa. The free concierge service was also helpful. Oh, and the fresh baked cookies in the lobby everyday were yummy. I would love to stay there again.

    Woweee wow wow!!!!
Adobe Grand Villas is as rich and amazing and gorgeously kept as a bazillionaire's mansion pad. Each room has it's own theme. I stayed in the Timbers villa with my mom and a friend, and it was big enough for all 3 of us! Didn't even want to leave the gorgeousness of this room to go sightsee!
Spent a very long and luxurious time soaking in the large jacuzzi tub, lounging in the seated area, drinking some wine, and napping/peacing OUT on the most comfortable bed in the world!
The people that work there are so sweet and so attentive to your needs. Ask them for any recommendations for what to do during your stay in Sedona. The breakfast, coffee and cookies made in the kitchen are DyNaMite!
Well done, Adobe Grand Villas!!! WELL DONE!!!

Disney Land for adults :-)  Awesome theme rooms.  Definatley will be back to try another room, 4 sure. Personal touches in every nook & cranny.  Not your normal sterile chain hotel enviorment!!!  Talk about WOW.  Very special, felt like a VIP :-)

Luved Secret Garden (Lunch) & Dahl & DiLuca's (Dinner),
Did NOT like Rene's (overpriced & Stuffy) nor Martini Bar (Dingy, Yuck).

Really liked Paige Springs Winery (balcony views!) and Jerome - (awesome hillside cowboy town - ck out Jerome Winery Tasting room & Grand Hotel: Ck out Asylum Dinning Room).

I'd give the friendly staff five stars, but I was disappointed by the misrepresentation on their website, which led me to believe I was booking an uplifting all-light-colored room. I clicked on the Cactus Flower villa picture and proceeded to book for that room.  What we got was a dark cavern of a suite. Everything was covered in dark wood (the Wagon Wheel villa) and  dimly lit with bare-bulb lanterns. If you like to stay in a shrine to John Wayne, this is for you, complete with a fake rifle on the covered wagon bed, handguns hanging from the ceiling, barbed wire, ropes, cow skull, insect-eaten wood and MANY rusty pumps for faucets (the water isn't rusty). It didn't give me the light, uplifting feeling I sought. I did like the spaciousness.

The bed requires agility to get into and out of. You have to step on the shin-banger step, avoid the hard, high wooden frame, then plop down into the lower bed. The bed was comfy, though. Getting out of the bed in the dark is tricky. I missed the step and fell back, almost crashing through the glass door.

The room was kept clean. They provide great Aveda products.

Our patio was not private--anyone walking by  could see us over the short wall, so by "private," they mean seating is reserved for you.

Also, the photo on the website home page implies there's a view of the rock formations from the property at ground level. We had to walk several blocks for a view.

The poppyseed muffins tasted like they were made from a box mix, and they were burned. Bread pudding was fabulous. Breakfast crepes were bland. Fresh applesauce was great. Big iron barstools by the pool are uncomfortable.

Snacks in the room were junk  that I'd never eat: Cracker Jack, Sun Chips, rock-hard granola bars. For $491 per night, I expected Clif bars and Power Bars, dried fruit, fresh fruit -- more fresh, nutritious food, not vending machine junk. There was a fabulous fresh mint chocolate for the turndown service.

The pool is tiny,  a big cold bathtub.Take one stroke and you're at the other end.  The jacuzzi was great. Gardens are beautiful, full of hummingbirds.

this place is awesome... all of the rooms have a theme.  i stayed in the "timbers room."  the bed was awesome and they had a huge waterfall shower and a tub.  everyday when we came back to the room they had fresh baked bread waiting for us.

and the food.  oh my gosh!!!  the breakfast and happy hour munchies are awesome.  i love this place and would recommend all people going to Sedona to stay here... but be warned it is not cheap!
