Dr. Kristy is awesome! I have been seeing her for about six months due to some muscle tension problems I was having. As mentioned in another review she does a lot of deep muscle work in addition to adjusting you, which helped tremendously in my case. After an appointment with her I feel just like new. She is extremely thorough and makes sure to address every problem you are having no matter how tiny...once I mentioned off-hand to her that my allergies were acting up and before I knew it she was working on my sinuses!
She's a great doctor and also such a nice person, I'm so glad I found her and I always look forward to my appointments with her. -

I saw Dr. Zinnis several years ago for problems with my knees that I had had since I was young - she was the first person to help find the problem and correct it. Yay! No surgery! And now that I have a desk job, I see her for problems with my neck, back, and wrist. I am a true believer in chiropractic care because of her. She's also incredibly kind and patient, and I genuinely look forward to my visits with her. The best part is that I never feel rushed when I'm being seen, and she'll always take the time to answer every question I have.

Dr. Zinnes is a great chiropractor - especially for the computer addicted. I have held two careers in my life thus far, that as a computer technician and now a film/tv editor. As a result, I spend a LOT of time at the computer - and had developed very poor posture, in addition to severe cramping in the back of my neck and shoulders and waking up in the morning not feeling refreshed. I have now been seeing Dr. Zinnes for about 3 years. The pain is completely gone, I can sleep thru the night with no problem and now wake up refreshed. My muscle tension is also gone, and my posture is beginning to improve. I stand up straighter, realize when I am hunching now (never did before). I move better, and my stress has been reduced. Dr. Zinnes also approaches her practice with a complete wellness approach, giving great advice on vitamins, exercises, and ways to reduce the damage I do to myself by making my work experience "back friendly." Highly recommend.

I became a chiropractor to help others the way my chiropractor helped me when I was a kid. At age 12 I was diagnosed with Lymes disease and suffered with complicated migraines, facial and arm paralysis, unbearable joint pain, and fatigue. My MD helped put the disease in remission with the medications that she prescribed but my chiropractor gave me back the quality of life that I desired through his gentle adjustments, nutrition and exercise advise.
