Addison/Ripley has been a leading gallery in DC art scene for a while. The works featured here are contemporary and range from one man shows to group shows.

When I first approached the gallery, I thought I had the address wrong. From the outside window it looked more like a frame shop than a gallery. Their name is on the awning, but it is hard to read.

Once inside, I was impressed. The gallery is well designed and beautiful inside. Addison/Ripley's space felt like it was made for artwork that is refined like the oil painted pastels that were the show at the time.
