I love the Addison Gallery. I would recommend it as a stop on your trip as you visit the Cape this summer - or at any time since they're open year 'round. It's an art gallery in what used to be a house, so you can browse the work and imagine it in yours. They carry a great selection of art by living artists that ranges from abstract to photo-realist. Some of their artists are internationally known; others are emerging and freshly discovered. (Okay - full disclosure - I'm one of the "freshly discovered". I liked the gallery even before I joined, though!) A must-see!

When I am on the Cape I make it my business to stop by. A very nice Gallery, a selection to see, opened all year round - but call first in the Winter Months.
I keep going back to see a particular artist that is exhibited. Like to touch base with new work. Can not get these paintings out of my head. I just might have to buy one.
Get on their email list and they will keep you current.
