I've got to disclose that my impression is a bit skewed, as one of my best friend's sister is their event planner, hence got us the penthouse for like $89!
That being said, the place is clean, and centrally located, right off of the 16th Street Mall. Check in was easy, and the room service was quick.
The gym was pretty easy to access and a good size to accommodate such a large place. I'll probably be staying here again, with the great connection!

I travel quite a bit and often reserve rooms in hotels with impressive reputations that I find to be exaggerated once I actually stay in the hotel.
The Adams Mark is not this type of hotel. It offers excellent customer service and amenities that are so rare in the hotel business these days. In addition, it is located smack in the middle of the downtown area and is in walking distance to many of the Denver nightspots. There is even free internet for guests who wish to stay in their rooms.
The hotel has two towers, each located on different sides of a street. There is a walkway that goes under the street that may be a little bit of a walk for some people so be aware of this building design. There are a couple of nice bars and I think three restaurants attached to the hotel and many conference rooms in the lower level. I strongly recommend this hotel for conferences or similar events.
I had an excellent five-day stay and I will be back.

The staff, with my limited interaction, was friendly and the place was clean. I was there on business but if it had been all my dime, I would have been sorely disappointed with my room. The ran out of the King sized beds so they "upgraded" me to a 1980s renovated suite that could use some serious attention. I'm not complaining, they still get three stars. The location is perfect but it's time to spend as much on modernizing the rooms as they've spent on the conference areas.

It's gorgeous from the outside with statues and beautiful plantlife. The ground floor is really beautiful... very bright and sunny with a great little restaurant (actually 3 different places), a florist and gift shop right inside too. The rooms were really spacious. Can't say they were "extravagant" but pretty big. Another down note was that from the elevator we had a looooong walk to the room ( i think there was only one elevator bank ).
The staff was a big factor in giving 4-stars! I was in Denver for a convention (the hotel is a quick walk to the convention center or even quicker walk to the shuttle which will take you right there) with my boss and on the first night, she broke her ankle while walking on the sidewalk. She took a taxi back to the hotel and they treated her like royalty! The concierge, a wonderful woman whose name I can't remember (I'll fill this in when I talk to my boss), was so kind to her and really helpful with everything from finding an emergency traige to supplying her with ice packs etc. She even called the next day to see how she was doing.
The hotel was really quiet and clean and was in a great location in Denver. I would highly recommend it.
