Sarah Adams did an excellent job in the formation on my LLC. Not only did she complete the necessary paperwork; she advised me on trademark issues and drafted a contract/work order for all of my future clients.
Additionally, Sarah's attention to detail is excellent. When I have worked with attorneys previsously, I found numerous errors. Not with Sarah!
Finally, Sarah's rates are very resonable. I feel as if I received "big firm" services for a great price. Her final bill came in about 30% less than I expected.
I would reccomend Sarah to anyone that is interested in starting their own business.

Sarah grew up around entrepreneurs and really enjoys the variety of each business' unique needs. Meet the Business Owner: Sarah E. A.
Sarah is a native Oregonian and currently resides in southeast Portland with her husband and two daughters. Before attending law school at Northwestern Law School of Lewis and Clark College, Sarah obtained her bachelor's degree from Portland State University after studying in Southern Oregon and the University of Guanajuato in Guanajuato, Mexico. Outside of work Sarah enjoys gardening, commuting by bicycle, and barbeques with friends and family.
