Great experience! Craig and Bob moved a 400-lb upright piano for me, and the process was seamless. Scheduling was easy, they were on time, professional, and very nice to chat with. Craig is a little hard of hearing, so be sure you speak up and speak clearly when talking to him, especially on the phone. Rates are very reasonable. I paid ~$150 and the local move included 3 steps at each location.
Highly recommended for a no-hassle piano move. When scheduling, you will be asked how many steps, if any, are at the pick-up and drop-off locations. -

Adagio Piano Moving was incredible! My mom and I have used them to move my upright piano for 2 moves. Both times, they have been incredibly efficient, and careful with my piano. They're also the nicest people, so that helps a lot during the stressful moving times. I would use them again and would refer anyone to them. They know what they're doing!

I was referred to Adagio by an associate that raved about them. She was a referral from another friend. I can certainly agree. They: were polite; were courteous; gave a spot on estimate; arrived on time; were extremely careful with my 100+ year old upright Grand. I will certainly use them again and would happily refer them.

Adagio Piano Moving was recommended to me by my moving company because they don't move pianos. Throughout the years, I have moved my baby grand piano a few times by a few piano companies but Adagio has the best price and best service. I was able to get a quote really quickly over the phone by providing the piano size, distance of the move and number of steps(stairs). The appointment scheduling was very simple. I was given a phone reminder a day before and they showed up on time for the move.
My piano and bench were nicely wrapped, carefully moved out of the narrow entrance without touching anything, put on the truck and arrived safely in my new home. Craig moved it a few times to make sure I was happy with its placement.
I am very happy with the service and if I ever had to move my piano again, I would definitely call up Adagio. -

These men are terrific. They moved an old upright player piano into our garage from our living room with little trouble. They were able to come the day I called them and provided very good service. No scratches or nicks to woodwork, everything worked out well for a very good price. These are the guys to use!

We worked with Adagio as a recommendation from a piano tuner. Craig was the one who helped us and did an excellent job moving a 100+ year old Sohmer grand we purchased to our house. His team was very careful, and even did a followup visit to repair a damaged leg on the piano before bringing it upright. Afterwards, he gave us tips for how to clean up the piano, move it around if we needed to move it slightly around the house without damaging it, which parts needed extra attention if we had to move it in the future, and how to operate said grand piano as it is our first. He was helpful and friendly and we would recommend him to anyone for moving a piano.
