Absolutely terrible!
I went here for brakes, and I told them my front passenger bushing broke and the lid on the mirror on driver side visor keeps falling off because the screw is lose. The guy who helped me wrote them all down, said he'll have someone take a look at them. He was nice at this point.

I came back to pick it up with my bf and we were surprised how crappy their work had been. They said, the bushing is NOT broken. My bf told them its very obvious that it's broken, and there is NO way you could miss it (since they were working on the brakes, they couldn't miss it). They assured us that they took a look and there was nothing wrong and started giving my bf attitude... He was straight out telling us that we didn't know what we were talking about. We went up to my car and pointed at the bushing that was broken. They looked at it and just said.. "oh." I forgot to check my visor before I left the dealer. I remembered couple of days later and it was NOT replaced. This was not a surprise.  As a side note, the mirror lid thing falls off all the time while I'm driving. I've been lazy and have not gotten it replaced x)

Anyway, we were very frustrated that the workers were telling us that we were wrong, when clearly, they didn't do their job and they could not have been any more wrong! They did not take a look at ANYTHING I asked them to, which was all written on the work order. Everything was checked off as having no problems when I came back for the car.

I will NOT go back to this dealer. I will go to another one even if I have to drive many more miles.

The service is so good I bought another car from them!

I've had a lot of cars and appreciate a fine automobile but at some point all I really want is a dependable car that I don't have to worry about.  The service dept. here has done such a great job of taking the hassles out of owning a car that I went back for another Acura from these guys (and am thinking about going back a 3rd time!)

First off the Acura is a great car - it's a Honda so the reliability is hard to beat and the performance and amenities in my TL make it comfortable for the high mileage driving I do between clients.  But this isn't about the cars...

This dealership has not lost sight of the value of service as so many car dealers and other businesses have.  They make owning the car easy by respecting my time and getting me in and out quickly and providing a loaner car for even relatively minor maintenance stops.  Costs are reasonable for all work including tires when needed.  

As a comparison, my wife has a Volvo and the service is at the Volvo dealer is atrocious - loaner cars are hard to schedule and the drop off is often a bunch of confusing delays.  She wants to get rid of a car she really likes just because getting it serviced is a major headache and getting a loaner car is a hassle!!

The service dept  at Acura of Riverside gets the five stars but the sales guys - like most car dealers are still a bunch of twits.  I nearly bought my 2nd Acura elsewhere since the sales guy wasn't listening.  Only when I called to see if an Acura bought elsewhere could be serviced here did the service guys intervene and clear the way to buy a new car here.  

I came in and told the sales guy I wanted a new TL with nav in one of two colors and expressly didn't want any dealer add-ons.  It's a simple request since there really aren't any option packages on these cars beyond nav system or not.  He was so bent on having me in a car I didn't want that night that it got annoying.  I told the sales mgr (after arguing about the flashing brake light BS add-on they wanted to put on all the cars)  to call me when they were getting what I wanted delivered and we'd do the deal - no phone call.  I want to buy a car and they won't listen - it was a done deal - how stupid can they really be?

Anyhow good luck with the sales schmucks but once you survive the buying ordeal these guys will take care of your car.
