I have been seeing Dr. Julie since July 2011 and Margie for massage. Dr. Julie is great. Takes the time to listen to your history, and discusses your health in detail each time you visit. I go to her for Fertility acupuncture, which very few naturopaths in the valley specialize in. I am 41 years old and I believe that acupuncture helped me conceive on the 3rd try. I miscarried but that does happen. I plan on continuing my acupuncture as I move forward with trying to get pregnant again!
Margie is so awesome! I find her massage technique to be perfect for me. She has a healing energy and a peaceful demeanor. I really look forward to my visits to the AIMS Center. Chandra is great too and helps with insurance etc. she always has a positive attitude and a smile!!! Love this place!! -

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Toni. She is sweet and kind and cares not only about your health, but how you are doing as a person too. The whole staff is fantastic!

I have been going to the AIM Center for almost three years now. Dr. Toni (Vaughn) did an extremely thorough intake...spent almost two hours with me going over my health and health history. She is a great listener and really made me feel like I could trust her. That's important to me since my experience with "regular" docs (M.D.s) wasn't all that great...regular docs get you in there, they spend maybe five minutes listening to you and then think that you need drugs to fix what they think is wrong with you!
So, Dr. Vaughn was totally different...and as an Naturopath, she had a different perspective and didn't default to "let's give you some drugs"! Yes, there have been a few times where I needed antibiotics or some other prescription where she's written me a script, but 90 percent of the time, she gives me herbs or acupuncture or suggests a massage or other therapy. Now, three years later, I am MUCH healthier (and much happier with my healthcare)...I am losing weight, I am sick less, and I am finally getting rid of some of the allergens in my diet (Dr. Toni did an food intolerance and allergy test on me...worth every penny!!).
My dad, husband and child all now see Dr. Toni too. Recently my little one was sick and I wanted to get a infant ibuprofen without a bunch of crap in it (like high fructose corn syrup and polysorbate-80) to give to him. Nothing like that exists on the market, so I asked Dr. Toni if she could write a prescription to a compounding pharmacy for it--she called it in personally!
The other great thing about the center is the overall helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff and docs. Chandra, who manages the phones and paperwork and probably a bunch more, is AWESOME!!! She always goes out of her way get answers to my questions or pass on information that I need (she gave me an invaluable goat's milk formula for my son when my breastmilk supplies were dwindling).
Overall, this place is fantastic...a lot of great resources in this tiny place. I highly recommend it to everyone I know...switch out your "regular" doc and start feeling optimistic again about getting well!!!!!! -

I have been seeing Dr Toni Vaughn (for acupuncture) and Margie (for massage) at the AIM Center for a few months now. All I can say is that, this place rocks. The attention that you receive as a patient is second to none.
Dr. Toni is completely thorough and caring. When you see her, she treats you like a friend, makes you feel comfortable, and really cares about your well-being. On my first visit, we talked for 2 hours about my medical history and health goals. I have never had an experience like this with any other physician.
Margie is the best massage therapist that I have ever dealt with. She is also extremely caring (hugs included). The work that she performs is amazing, and she takes the time to show you activities to perform at home that will help with pain and stress in the body.
Chandra, the office manager, has an "on-your-side" approach when it comes to dealing with insurance. She is completely competent in what she does and has such a friendly demeanor, which is rare in a physician's office.
Before going to the AIM Center, I didn't have much experience with naturopathic medicine, and now I am hooked. I strongly recommend the AIM Center for those with an interest in naturopathic healing and total mind, body, and soul wellness. You will not be disappointed here. -

Dr. Ross is very good. I have seen him several times and he always has the same casual yet professional demeanor. He knows his stuff. He is all about the holistic healing, yet not too far removed from modern day medicine. I feel lucky to have found him thru my insurance provider.

Dr. Vaughn is amazing. When I first went to see her, she took the time to really listen to what was going on. I continued to go for weight loss for almost 6 months. The time spent there was like visiting a friend not a clinic. This practice made you feel comfortable and welcomed. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for alternative medicine, it is definitely worth your time.

Dr Julie and Dr Toni are more than just doctors they really care about you as a person. They have always been kind and professional and I would recommend them to anyone.
