What can I say. I don't understand how these people are still in business.  I have called Julie Carter so many times, and she does not return calls period.  Our community looks terrible. I don't understand why are we paying them any money. What do they do?
I would not recommend action to anyone.
Too bad I can't leave zero stars.

MOST HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I own a condo where Action manages the property and have been nothing but frustrated with them in the two years I've lived there.  It's virtually impossible to get a hold of our "Community Manager."  I brought up a simple question at one of our HOA meetings, they took down my name and was told someone would get back to me with an answer.  Fast forward 2 weeks, nothing.  I follow up with an email.  A few days later and I get a reply that they were looking into it.  Fast forward 2 MONTHS!!!! and 4 friendly emails and 2 friendly voice mails and NOTHING.  I finally got frustrated and call her supervisor and boom I get a very apologetic call 2 hours later.  Does it really take 2 months to return an email or a call....are they really that busy where they can't find 5 minutes to "Manage the Community"?  On top of that, I was out of town once and had to make an online payment....you know its 2012.... I do crazy things like that.  Any online payments made through their website charge you a $40 "convenience" fee.  I bought that up at an HOA meeting and was told it wasn't them that it was their billing company...BS!  There is no reason in this day and age to charge that much for something as simple as an online payment.

One star is the lowest rating possible, but I  would much prefer to give them no stars at all.  That's how godawful this company is.  They managed our HOA for many miserable years until we got rid of them.  INACTION Property Management would be more accurate name for them.  They never fix anything. They never do anything.  Worst of all, they treat homeowners like they're tenants living in housing projects owned by them.  In all of the years we lived in apartments, we were never treated as shabbily as we and our neighbors we treated by these incompetent and unprofessional boobs.

This review is for the WORST, SORRIEST, MISERABLE human being,  Nancy Salisbury with NO-Action PM.  Why are you at Action?  With your "fuck the customer and stick up your ass sideways" attitude there's much greener pastures for a d-bag like you.  DMV? Post Office?  You are the epitome of shitty customer service.  Your lack of desire to aide the ones that employ your worthless being is awe inspiring. Mere words cannot convey how rude, unprofessional and unmotivated you are.  You have single-handily put me on a mission to end my building's relation with Action and any other company so cursed to employ your worthless ass.  Your company made a mistake, own up to it, say sorry and move on. NO, Nancy decided to throw her weight around, bully someone into submission.  BULL FUCKING SHIT.  You picked the wrong vato. Next stop BBB.

Trying to resolve an issue with them was extremely frustrating!  Everyone I talked to couldn't help me and passed me off to someone else.  These other people were never in their office, so I left messages, but they never returned my calls. I gave up and wrote them a letter.  Someone called me, said he would check into the matter and call me back the next day, but he never did.  These people don't know the meaning of "customer service"!

Thankfully, my HOA got rid of this outfit.  HIGH turnover rate there, I wonder why.  Horrible customer service.  Incompetent employees.  If your HOA is thinking about using this place, think again.

Although Action Property Management has relocated to 2603 Main St., Suite 500 in Irvine, CA, their business motto remains the same--to bully and subject homeowners with a plethora of asinine "rules" in the guise of "authority" and "due process."  One of their peons in this militant regime is the present property manager of Ivy Wreath, a community in Quail Hill, Irvine.

They have versed her well in insolent remarks.   Rather than acknowledge homeowners' time is equally valuable as they wait over 30 minutes for board members that arrive late, she retorts that she was on time and has been at the office since 8:00 am.  The world apparently relies upon her sole industriousness.  The fact that she is PAID to be present and all homeowners arrived punctually is of little consideration.

The hearing she conducts is ruled with an iron fist.  Individual hearings regarding non-compliance over an issue shared by homeowners is enforced despite the efficacy and consent by the homeowners to have a forum for all those present. She implicates the Civil Code.  When asked which Code, she states she does not readily know it.  Her aim: to disband collective reasoning and instill impotence.  There is clearly no tolerance for ideas and those who oppose her. Individuals will be escorted from the premises who she claims has no capacity to be heard.

The hearing is a pretense. When confronted to produce the CC&R section that homeowners allegedly violated, the revelation is that the CC&R provision does not exist but is supposedly a policy implemented by her puppets.  When asked to provide a copy of this "policy," this policy is unavailable because it is under review!

Indulgence is what Action Property Management demands and usurpation is what Action Property Management revels. Do not willingly continue this profiteering.
