Life (like our house) is messy, and shtuff happens. So the test of an organization is how they handle it WHEN it happens (not IF it happens). Davlyn has managed her business very professionally in all of my experience and responded in ways that I thought went above and beyond.
We've been working with Davlyn and Action Cleaning for about 5 years now, and we couldn't be happier. We've used her for our regular house maintenance and our move out from our previous place. Our house sparkles after an Action Cleaning day.
I'm not sure what happened with Tammy L's experience, but in my experience, Davlyn has always been very reachable via both phone and email, and very very responsive, and responsible.
When we were first looking for a service, the biggest thing I was worried about was whether I would trust them with house keys and regular access to my house. 5 years is a pretty good testament to that trust.
A few other thing worth mentioning: she uses green cleaners whenever possible. And she personally trains her teams and provides them with detailed cleaning instructions for each house.

We have been using Action Cleaning every month for almost a year and have always found them to be super responsive, trustworthy and great at what they do! Davlyn and her expert team of cleaners always leave our house sparkling and smelling clean. They are also very competitively priced and accommodating to our busy schedule.

It is very easy to communicate with Davlyn, either over the phone or via email. They are trustworthy and speak English. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a cleaner.

We've been with Davlyn and her crew for a while and love them. They are respectful of my time and my belongs. They do a fantastic job. I here horror stories about others people's house cleaners and I'm so grateful for Davlyn and her crew! She works hard and is always accommodating to my needs. Let Davlyn clean up you life. When you stick three 20-somethings (who are always busy) in a house there's no chance it'll be clean. Ever. Thanks to Davlyn and Action Cleaning Service the house stays clean. Awesome.
The other important aspect is that I can organize with Davlyn via email. Carving out immediate time in my day to call someone is a hassle -- but if you're like me, shoot her an email and get that house cleaned. Now. -

I definitely recommend this service for your cleaning needs. It is so nice to have a clean home and I never worry about my dogs getting out or no one showing up--this service has really become a part of our regular routine. You can count on it.

I hired Action Cleaning Service based on the good reviews here. After several months of service, I can say they do not disappoint. Reasonable price and friendly folks. They have not missed an appointment time and always do a nice job.

I'm pretty particular. Okay, VERY particular -- I'll admit it! I rely on Davlyn and Action Cleaning Service to keep my home clean and sparkling. It was very important to me to have the same person and only one person come, not a team. I love that Maggie is very thorough and knows my home and my preferences.
I started out with a deep clean back in the fall, and have the service 1x / month. Really, such a great way to put a smile on your face, and a shine on your home.
Davlyn and team will make sure you get your clean on! -

I still give this business 1 star rating. I contacted Action Cleaning Service because of good rating they have on yelp. My husband and I dropped our Friday evening plan so that we could be home and waited for her. 5 mins before the appointment, she called and cancelled and here was her reason "sorry, I'm running late from other appointments. I'll look at my schedule and call you back". I would probably use her service if she called me back but she never did. I'm really glad that others use her service and satisfy. However, judging from my first experience with her, if I use her service, there will be more stood up appointments in the future. And it seems to me they don't really need new customer.

Davlyn came by a week or so ago to take a look at the house and provide an estimate. She was very thorough and personable and we set up an appointment for Action to do the first deep cleaning followed by maintenance cleanings every 2 weeks.
Davlyn arrived this morning, on time which is something I appreciate, and got right to work! She's still in the middle but doing a GREAT job! I don't even know she's here other than the house magically looking cleaner whereever she's been. It's a real joy and I'm looking forward to working with Davlyn and Action ongoing! -

I needed someone on short notice to do a moveout cleaning for me. I got in touch with Davlyn, and voila! My place looked amazing! It was not that clean when I moved in. She was the best! On time, very fast and efficient, and I got all of my deposit back!

I'm so happy I found Davlyn. Her cleaning is phenomenal. Not to mention, she's just a wonderful person with a great attitude. Davlyn always returns calls/emails very promptly and she is completely trustworthy. There are never any communication problems. I've even picked up a couple cleaning tips from her. :-)
I know she's looking to train more people to add to the team but she's very particular and makes sure that they clean to her accepted level. I appreciate her thoroughness. I decided to get on Davlyn's regular schedule a few weeks ago because the spots were filling up quick. I'd definitely recommend Action Cleaning. -

Davlyn has cleaned our house for us 3 times now and I couldn't have hoped for a better cleaning service! She was very thorough, fast, and she took great care not to let my indoor-only cat out, which I really appreciated!
She is a MASTER with making your stainless steel appliances shine too, they looked like new! I think their prices were just right, for the quality of service. I have just hired her on a monthly schedule (since she was starting to fill up with clients real fast) and I know I can expect the same thoroughness every time now.
Overall 5 stars from me, yay! -

This is the best cleaning service I have used in the past 20 years. Davlyn is very easy to communicate with, is very thorough and prompt. Jade who cleans our home does a beautiful job. It is always very easy to request special service at times, and it is always done well. I would highly recommend giving this service a try. To Tammy L. who gave this group 1 star, you are missing out by not reconnecting with Davlyn.

I worry about two things when I hire a house cleaner:
1) Trust - This person will be in my house when I am not there.
2) The quality of the clean. I had become resigned to the idea that a house cleaner would never clean as well as I would.
Davlyn is very professional and I have no problem with her coming into my house when I am away. She cleans my place extremely well. She has even gone and cleaned places where the previous cleaner of 8 years hadn't cleaned. I am very happy with Action Cleaning Service. -

Its hard to find good help now days and even more difficult to put your trust in a company to clean your house. Davlyn made this decision easy from day one. We have been using Action Cleaning Service for over 2 years now. They have never disappointed us. They are trustworthy, show up when they say they are, and are hard working. I always look forward to going home after they've been at my home cleaning. It's like walking into a freshly cleaned hotel room. Everything is clean and orderly. You have to trust your house cleaner. And, David and Davlyn are very trustworthy. They are family owned and we either get David or Davlyn, so no surprises or unknown faces and I like that. They are also bonded and insured and speak English. I can communicate with Davlyn via e-mail or phone and she is responsive. Davlyn has been cleaning for us for years now, and she is, without exception, always there when she says she'll be there, always cheerful and friendly, always efficient and hard-working, and she always leaves our home looking spotless.
