Easily one of the best shops I've found around here! I moved from Boston a few years ago and was spoiled by all of the amazing comic shops along the east coast. It was a sad day when I realized that it was so hard to find a good shop!
This place rocks though! It's exactly how a comic shop should be. There is a awesome selection of comics, graphic novels and collector's books. The walls are lined with a great variety of figures and various other collector's items, and they have a really awesome selection of back issues.
The owner is really laid back and helpful and makes this place just perfect! It all reminds me of some of my favorite low-key places back in Boston and New York and it's my main stop for my comic book needs. -

This is a really good shop in a great location. Jim is knows the product and is cool to just chat with. If you dont like this shop, you suck and many people probably dont like you.

I went to this place to find protective sleeves for Life Magazine size papers. They did find them, but said that I would have to purchase the entire package of 100 sleeves...whereas for the comic book size, one is able to purchase bundles of ten. So I left..

Jim freakin rocks and so does his shop. Been going here for years and love the service and selection. Jim is very knowledgable and is fully aware that his place is called Action City "Comics" and not magazine sleeves. 5 stars is hardly enough, 179 stars is more like it! Keep up the good work Jim!
