DO NOT RENT HERE! They do NOT care about your safety. I rented a 15 person van for a school group, and was given the most ghetto piece of crap ever. There was a beeping noise connected to a "service rcs" light that would just not stop. When we called, the guy just said to try a couple of obvious things that didn't work, then gave up and said, "It probably needs to be serviced." Thanks, guy.
The issue was half the problems weren't apparent until after we'd left the city and were far away. The worst of it was that the back seat was completely untethered, so nobody could sit there and we had to squish together. The second row seat was also loose, so the people crowded into it got nauseous. And then not all the seatbelts worked.
When I called to get my money back, the guy said we should have called to get someone to go fix it (which the first guy didn't tell us we could do) and that we should have called separately as each problem arose, even though the first guy was so incompetent and unhelpful. The most he would offer was a $50 rebate - less than a fifth of the full price. They should have paid us to drive that death trap. Seriously, stay away!
