One of my clients utilized ACSI-Scott Warga yesterday for a home inspection. I as there for a great deal of the inspection. I was introduced to Scott and his company will attending classes where he served as a sponsor. I was quite impressed with his presentations and candor. All the positive things I have heard about this company were revealed during his inspection. It was very comprehensive; Scott is very good at what he does. My client was equally as impressed. I will continue to utilize Scott in the future. I highly recommend his services; I know you will be pleased and happy. You get what you hear and it is all good. He is my preferred inspector. As a residential Realtor with The Hill Group, I'm asked for referrals to home inspectors often.
After meeting Scott Warga with ACSI just once, he instantly became one of our preferred home inspectors. His inspections are thorough, his pricing is fair, and he explains everything he discovers very, very well. Not only that, Scott seems like a very nice guy and someone you can trust. You need those qualities in a home inspector during your real estate purchase. I highly recommend contacting ACSI before buying any home. -

OK, House #2 attempt.
After losing the last house, we were able to get a better one. Again we used ACSI services to get the inspection completed. His inspections again have impressed us. Even in extreme heat warnings for the day, he took his time in the attic making that everything was covered. His inspections were very through and even impressed my wife with his vast knowledge of materials, quality of work, and house in general was outstanding. He was able to notice that we had a wall in the house that was not part of the original design of the house. I couldn't see it.
He does have some fantastic stories of previous inspections, I hope I don't become one of those, Hahaha.
Again, I do highly recommend him for any inspection services that you have on a home.

Contacted Scott to help my sister-in-law about getting to the bottom of a horrendous roof leak caused by improper installation of solar panels to heat the pool water followed by an improper sealing. Scott not only diagnosed the problem, he gave her enough detail (including reasonable cost estimates) to enable her to make sure the responsible parties had no choice but to "step up" and do the right thing. This included uninstalling the panels, fixing the roof and re-sealing it and then re-installing the panels-- all at no additional charge! The investigation charge was peanuts in comparison to the monies saved along with the stress relief of knowing enough to get it done right!

Scott's expertise, in my opinion, is rarely matched. Extremely thorough and professional are just part of the package. Home Inspections are a necessary evil/cost in any real estate transaction and as a buyer you want someone who is thorough and meticulous, go no further than ACSI.

I asked Scott to inspect the home we're closing on in Tempe, AZ. He was incredible - prompt, thorough, professional, extremely knowledgeable, very patient with all my questions ( i was there for the whole thing - actually was the first time I was seeing the house, too.) And did I say thorough? The entire inspection took almost 6 hours (it is an old ranch and has some "quirks") and Scott didn't let up until he'd investigated every nook and cranny. He even shared his graph paper and water with me, and pointed out SO many things that will come in handy when we're living in the house and maintaining it. Also, beyond his building expertise, he's also extremely well connected. After discovering some major roof damage he hooked me up with a local roofer to do an estimate the next day, and also recommended a great pool repair company and pest control service - all of them prompt, professional, and more cost effective than anybody I found on my own. He's got a great sense of humor, too, and the "gift of gab" which made the whole process a little less daunting, and dare I say, fun?!

Scott took the time to walk through and explain everything associated with my home inspection. As a first-time homebuyer, this is an exciting, yet scary, experience. I am very glad that I chose ACSI to do my home inspection. Scott is not only extremely thorough but very knowledgeable. I feel like I have a good understanding of the house and of the issues that are present. I would highly recommend ACSI to anyone in need of a home inspection.
