Great service. We had them stretch the carpet throughout our house because the builder did a horrible job installing it. ACS did a fantastic job and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves as they went from room to room. I would highly recommend ACS to anyone needing carpet service and I will certainly look to them when we have a need with our area rugs.

Despite a little confusion over the minimum price for at home service ($250), the techs that came to my house were extremely professional and efficient. My carpets were all cleaned very well.

I moved into an apartment that had a very dirty carpet. It needed serious professional cleaning. After reading the reviews of Ayoub on Yelp I gave them a call hoping they could remedy the mess. We just had one room that needed cleaning and the guys were in and out within an hour and it looks so good! Whew! -

Let's say it snowed four feet outside over four days, and everything is absolutely shut in Arlington. No food in grocery stores, no liquor in bars. Lets say a person has been in a sad drunken stupor inflicted with heavy cabin fever for three of those four days, and is attempting to cook and eat spaghetti. The spaghetti falls on the floor to floor carpet in this rented apartment. Now instead of wiping it with water or even just letting it stay until some Resolve could be purchased at a later date, the individual spills bleach on it and goes to bed.
Now there's a real problem. The bleach has turned the patch bright purple, and it's beginning to shed fibers. Actually in the next week, there's a completely bald patch in the middle of the carpet. Great!
After fretting for six months, finally a call is placed to Ayub Carpet Service. Some finger biting later, they patched that carpet for a hundred bucks. A hundred bucks! So the individual didn't have to shell out four hundred (or whatever the management company would extort for carpet replacement).
We'll leave this at that. -

Great service, fair prices, and very nice job. I wanted to get our oriental carpet cleaned and repaired, and so I got some prices from several different places. Ayoub was right in line with the others on price, though there was another place that would have been cheaper had we been willing to deliver the rug to their plant. We didn't really want to do that, so that discount was immaterial.
Ayoub worked with me on scheduling a pickup that was very convenient. The two guys who showed up were friendly and professional, and gave me some good information about how much the repairs to the torn fringe corners would be. He noticed we had no pad under the rug, and had no trouble talking me into buying a rug pad -- thankfully, I had already done research on rug pads, and knew the one he was offering me was high quality and an excellent price. Easy sale :-)
The cleaning took a little less than a week, and the repair took only a few days. For the return of the rug, once again it was at my convenience. The friendly folks who brought back the rug placed the pad and the carpet where I wanted them, and were pleased that we were pleased.
I was beginning to think that there weren't any places left that took pride in their work and were good to their customers. But ACS has restored some of my faith in local business!Listed in: Our House

These guys did a fantastic job! Our main level carpet is old (and will be replaced soon) but it looks great! There were stains that have been there since we bought it, and other cleaners couldn't get out. They are gone now. Very friendly and professional guys, were done with 2 levels of our town house in about 90 minutes. I would highly recommend and I will use again and again. No more searching for a good carpet cleaner anymore.

I've had them service my carpets for several years. I find them to be professional, on time, and affordable and the rugs always sparkle when they come back. They also sell quality rug pads -- recommended - especially if you haveone that is deteroriating. I recommend this firm greatly. They pick-up and deliver.

Wow, some of the most extraordinary service I have ever experienced. The woman who answered the phone was extraordinarily courteous and helpful. She arranged for my three oriental carpets to be both picked up and delivered to/from their Chantilly store to DC. The rugs were done in a week, and contrary to what I feared from some of the posts below, the price was reasonable in my experience. I would not hesitate to recommend these folks.

Great! I had two hand-made wool area rugs that were in desperate need of a cleaning. Between the long winter and having a pet going in and out they were really in need. I was a bit nervous/embarrassed dropping these off because they were pretty dingy and being white and red I wasn't sure they could get them clean. Well, a week or so later they called and let me know they were ready. All I can say is WOW they look brand new. All the stains and wear was gone. I couldn't believe it. They will come and pick your carpets up and drop them off (even in DC!) when they are done but it is $25 cheaper if you take them there and pick them up yourself. I will definitely take my rugs here in the future.

I agree with the previous reviewer in that ACS is not bargain-priced, but well worth the $$ if you can afford them. I've been using ACS for years because the quality of service is tops and their employees are the nicest people.
