This place is the BEST!! After getting ripped off in Los Angeles by Stereo Masters (they did not install the alarm the way we asked them to and took way too long), my brother recommended that we try Acme to fix our problem. Very professional, and very, very helpful with our alarm situation and as it turned out a lousy bluetooth stereo. They did the install while we waited and worked until they got the alarm just the way we wanted!! GO ACME!!

I had gotten my alarm system installed by one of the guys from Acme, after my Civic was broken into a few before on 4/21/2010. $500 for the installation, a decent alarm system, two controls and a backup siren (optional, just in case the first alarm was cut.).
Overall, you get a lifetime warranty and if anything goes wrong with your alarm, such as the sensitivity, ask for Michael. He's the dude. -

Total Rip off.....Car left with shop for well over a year....for a complete redo of interior, from top to bottom; install audio/video monitors and speakers. navigation; auto engine start; install wood panels, etc Original salesman took my order...later was fired...for some reason...come to find out, his girl friend had the same type of car, i have......I visited the shop several times during time, asking ques tons about my car while given the run around. When I finally received my vehicle, my front suspension was loose, the wood paneling on doors and dash, were not affixed properly ignition switch buzzes without a key in it; fog lights don't illiumate....and this is the beginning.....Very poor customer service and workmanship
I wouldn't recommend this vendor to it's own relatives. -

These guys rock. When I have a special situation or a problem I send all my work here. They are friendly and handle the situation quickly. I just had a VW van that could not complete the inner trim and Rene got on it. In one day they had it looking like new and ready to roll. Thanks guys and see you on the next one. Well worth it. Why go anywhere else.

My best friend recommended this place six years ago when I needed to installed a CD/MP3 car stereo as my factory tape deck was sorely needed to be replaced. Although I bought my stereo from eBay, they were willing to install my stereo for a fee (as I recalled, labor plus a bracket for my particular car for in order for the stereo to fit came out to be $80). It is a little pricey but it is worth every penny as I have not have any issues with their work after the installation that is until my car got broken into and the stereo was stolen.
I went back to them last year with a new CD/MP3 stereo and they once again did an excellent job with the installation but they finished the work a little later than promised. I can let that slide since they gave me a discount to make up for it and their work did not disappoint. -

I went to Top and Tunes for the top, rather than the tunes. I needed some work done on my convertible inside headliner and the estimate from the dealer was ungodly.
I actually had two separate repair issues on my roof. They were able to fix the first issue, no problem. The second issue required parts that the dealer doesnt sell to independant shops. I was a bit bummed, but i've come to expect such antics from Volkswagen.
They get the 4 star rating for being professional, friendly, and for doing dealer-worthy work for HALF the price of the dealer's estimate. I fully intend to go back and get my stereo and speaks upgraded soon. Yay for Tops and Tunes. :) -

I knew i wanted my windows tinted, but I did not know anything about it or what I wanted... These guys ROCKED. They went over the different shades with me as well as different styles, led me in the right direction, offered a very fair price and installed them on time... NO ISSUES. And the workmanship is fantastic. Looks like the car came tinted stock from the factory. Go with the ceramic as that has the lifetime warranty. I went 35% rear 50% front. As their lead tint guy, Branson, said... "this is a classy look". I have a Black Audi A4 Wagon and it came out perfect. Wife's car is next. Great people, great clean shop, great way to go. THANKS... I am way more than satisfied. Expectations EXCEEDED.

They do great work and the staff is SUPER professional. the only real fault is the price. They charge an arm a leg and a kidney for even the smallest jobs. But I guess if you want quality you gotta pay for it.
