I can't say enough about Miles & the guys over at ACME Garage. They always do AMAZING work on my VW Jetta. I totally trust them & they take care of me every time.

I'm sold on these guys...I have a modified 57 Chevy pickup that needed some fabrication done...I'm pretty picky about it and I'd talked to several garages around San Diego and kept getting the same old story of "it's a modified vehicle and it will be much more for us to work on it"...Miles and his crew were reccommended to me by Mark at Pro Gear (another absolute top shop) and Miles looked at the issues, said "no problem", gave me an estimate for the work (it actually came in somewhat less when they were done) and in the same day did exactly what I wanted. Miles also did a complete exam on the car while they had it and pointed out a couple of things that really should be done....I'm going back in a couple of weeks to get those things taken care of.
I'm not a youngster and Miles treated me with respect, was very nice to my Wife who was with me and he operates a top notch shop. His place is clean, orderly, and his staff is folks that really know their business. He's going to get not only the modified truck but my Suburban and the wife's Taurus for normal service as well....Hard to find nice folks that are truly interested in taking care of business and putting the customer first...Thank You!! -

Best garage I've had work on my car since I can remember!! Two other mechanics, including my usual preferred shop, were unable to figure out why my suspension made an extremely annoying sound as if a part of my car was about to come apart. A friend referred me to Miles at ACME Garage and his team quickly found the problem somewhere between my shocks and struts. It was FINALLY repaired!!! These guys saved my sanity, really. I couldn't be happier with the quality and service!

ACME is the only garage in San Diego allowed to work on my family's cars. They are the BEST. The shop is a little hard to find.. pull into the parking lot for Apex Motor Sports and keep driving back until you get to the 2nd building. Once you get there you will see that everyone who's anyone brings their most valuable cars to be worked on by ACME. Everything from original Model A's to custom rat rods, to 60s/70s muscle cars, to today's high performance sports cars and trucks. ACME does it all, so don't be afraid to bring in that little commuter car too. My girl brings in her '03 Toyota and they put the same care and effort as with my classic 1967 Camaro (which they also built and maintain). Miles, the owner, is a custom car & hotrod genius with decades of experience, and is very down-to-earth and cares more about customer experience than making a quick buck. Even though they have a perfectionist "build it right" attitude at the shop, they will NOT try to sell you on crap you don't need. So whether you have that one-of-a-kind, track-ready AMC AMX that you can't find parts for anymore, or a Honda Civic that needs the oil changed, give ACME a try. You won't regret it!
