okay... this place was amazing.  my friend and i were starving and had come to this area to go to candybar, but we figured that we needed to eat dinner before jumping into desserts.

i got a turkey burger, which i basically thought was perfect.  the bun was the perfect texture?? is that the right word?  it was just fluffy enough, not too dry... loved it.

i really liked all the condiments they had available.  they had an AMAZING chipotle mayo that reminded me of my fav sauce from my college dining hall (embarrassing, i know), but they also had some other greenish mayo sauce that was good.

hit the spot!  perfect proportion.  i ate the burger disgustingly fast.

only thing was that the service was terrible.  the clerk was pretty rude for no reason.  she just didn't really seem to have patience... and didn't seem to enjoy her job.  oh well.  i was starving so didn't really care.

A few years ago I ate a memorable lamb burger here, so during my burger journey through SF, this seemed like it would be a great meal. Unfortunately not this time, though the service was really responsive. I'd recommend ordering a step more rare than normal. And check out their draft beer specials, good ones for $1.95 between 3-10pm cannot be denied. Quite a happy hour.

I ordered both the Jerusalamb, half lamb and half beef plus feta, mint and stuff, and also what turned out to be a huge side of fries. Frankly the burger wasn't nearly as good as in the past so I stopped eating halfway through and I wanted to try something else. The burger, which was pretty thin, wasn't cooked medium but rather well done or maybe medium well - no pinkness at all.

I went back for a Kobe burger with bacon and pepper jack and the woman at the register comped me onion rings because she felt bad about my Jerusalamb. "I almost asked you if you wanted to wait for another" because it didn't appear to be a half-pound burger. When the Kobe came out, it wasn't much better, and being such a thin patty it was definitely not cooked medium - again, no pink visible. Ugh, so frustrating. And maybe the bun's too big for the patty anyway. The onion rings were pretty good though.

I'm not one who enjoys using a condiment bar but everything presented was very fresh for sure, and replaced during my meal. Using the condiment utensils skeeves me a bit though.

So the draft beer specials are worth sampling, if you like any of the 5-6 on tap. The patty creations are inventive, but be careful to avoid them being overcooked.

I really wanted to like this place and I really tried but it just didn't work out. I've eaten here multiple times since I live right around the corner. The way the place is set up is nice, it's definitely a place you could bring a group of friends to hang out and grab a beer and burger. But the food and service is just sub par.

On one occasion my mom was visiting so I took her to this place. We each ordered a milkshake with our meals. Two dudes ran in and demanded two meals to go ASAP, so instead of taking the few moments to make the milk shakes (which isn't rocket science) the whole staff dropped everything to take care of these two frantic idiots. I kept asking about the milk shakes and the girl kept saying it'd only be a few minutes. So there we were, finished with our meals and we were finally given two disgusting, watery drinks, I wouldn't even classify them as milkshakes. While the two frantic dudes praised the staff for pumping out their meals so quick my mom and I were left with some gross mess of  milkshakes that we just threw away. Bummed me out big time.

I also don't like the condiment set up. They have all their tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, etc. out for everyone to customize their own burgers. Which sounds like a good idea but when you consider the amount of people that touch those items and how long they sit out, it's just gross and unsanitary.

And the last thing is every time I have eaten there it has made me feel sick. Their meat tastes like it's either old or has been frozen. On some occasions when I ordered a medium well burger I have gotten a ripe pink mess. So again, I went there probably too many times before I learned my lesson and I hope my review will save some of you the headache and stomachache of dealing with this place. Now I just either grab a burger at Jay's Cheese steak or Bean bag which are on either sides of this establishment and they actually serve good food on a consistent basis.

Acme has left me in a food coma several times. I usually order the Mama's Mix or the Black and Blue with an order of garlic fries. All the condiments they have are fresh and the chipotle mayo is amazing.  The best burger I've had in San Francisco hands down!

I step up into this place on the strength of my friend's recommendation, and what do my friend and I see? Forget the Turkey Burger. Forget the KOBE BEEF burger. I'm going for the Ostrich Burger! All 12 dollars and 95 cents worth of Ostrich burger meat!

I liked the retro New York diner feel. There was a nice flat panel LCD TV playing the Warriors game, and a good number of people just sitting down to eat. Service and ordering were very simple. Once you receive your burger you can add whichever condiments you like to your burger, save the mushrooms, bacon or avocado if you decide to add those items when placing your order.

The Ostrich meat was a first for me and was different, definitely not gamy like venison. Slightly tougher than beef. It was distinct! May try it again. Fries are made very similarly to In & Outs' 'Well Done' ordered fries.

One last nugget - Happy Hour here is an incredible 3pm to 10pm. There are also 6 beers on tap at $1.95 per order. Pretty sweet deal, but obviously you can only drink at the restaurant.

They don't serve Boca burgers any longer.  Sure, they still have it on the big menu, but over the last few months my experience tells me otherwise - once they pawned off their crappy veggie burger as a Boca (and tried to play it off, finally admitting that they were out of bocas), and the last two times (including today) they were out and only had the crappy veggie burger.  I tried to get the server to come clean on whether or not they actually still do serve Bocas and he stammered on about the veggie burger making it obvious that: a)  they don't serve them any longer and b) they have felt some heat about the shenanigans around it.

It's a shame as I liked the place when they did actually serve them.  Good fries, good condimnents, cheap beers and Boca burgers. Nirvana for a veg.  If they still served the Bocas, my rating would have been 4-stars. Guess I'll just go next door to Jay's the next time I have a hankering for a Boca burger.   But, guys...if you're not going to serve Boca burgers, just take it off the damn menu already.  Problem solved.

Besides the very hot cashier he only reasons to come would be the onion rings and the $1.95 beers from 5-10 PM. You probably wouldn't come here just for beer though; it is a brightly lit fast food place and the drinks are served in plastic cups.

The burgers are over priced for what you get, under cooked (I ordered medium and got it bloody), and the bun they gave me was a stale horrible thing that rubbed the inside of my mouth raw like sandpaper.

Eye candy $2 beer and good onion rings are nice but I don't think they add up to a good burger place.

I'd go back to try the lamb burger as long as they gave me a different kind of bun.

Following a friend, I came here to enjoy the $2 fat tires along with some garlic fries (mounds of garlic, so space yourselves out if you're among friends and chatting with each other). I've had the burgers, which I think are decent, though a tad pricey even if it's local beef. I was hoping for more of a NY diner feel, but it just seemed a little haphazardly arranged in terms of the chairs. It's a decent place to sit down and enjoy a drink and food to watch a game, but I think there are certainly better places for burgers and fries.

I was really excited to hear that a new burger place was coming to the hood but this is sheer disappointment.

1.) The staff is super rude and dismissive. They take forever, act annoyed that you are there. Lame.

2.) Their burgers are dry and bland at best, but the price is premium.

3.) They offer $2 beers but run out of things constantly. Better come up with a plan B, and a plan C.

    This is seriously good stuff.

I have a nostalgic love for patty melts. I don't get them often anymore, but I grew up on them and every now and then I have the most wicked cravings for them. When they're good, they bring me back to my mom's old school cooking and family road trips driving across the country as a kid, stopping at local 'Main Street Diners' for every meal. When I get a good patty melt, it's like a huge nostalgic bear hug in the belly, bringing me back to happy times.

So, that being said, Acme's patty melt was by far the best I've ever tried....ever.

The beef was so fresh tasting, so clean, so juicy and so flavorful. The grilled onions were also freshly made and the helping was so generous I ended up eating most of the grilled onions with my fork. Somehow the rye bread stayed crispy around the edges and everything was balanced perfectly, the juicy burger met the crispy bread and the fillings were perfectly put together. And their fries. Their fries were exactly how I love them. I don't think there was a single soggy piece in the basket, each and every one was what I fondly like to call, "a crispy bit".

Going back to the burger, though, I think the quality of their burger meat is absolutely comparable to some of the best "hoity-toity" grass-fed locally farm raised $15-20 burgers that I've had in the city (Absinthe, Soluna, even Flora in Oakland), yet it's more than half their price. You may not get such a fancy environment inside this small walk-up-counter-diner, but when you just need a stick to your guts super flavorful burger, there's nothing wrong with a casual restaurant diner like this. Nothing at all.

I'm hooked for sure. Any time I'm craving a great burger, or I'm feeling a bit nostalgic for a patty melt, or I'm even just feeling a bit anemic, I'm heading straight to Acme, no question. :-)

I heart Acme Burgerhaus. I live down the street and have long since lost count of the number of visits here.

It usually starts late at night when the munchies hit and my fridge is empty (or in the middle of the day when I'm REALLY late for work... or in the afternoon for a hangover cure) and I decide I'll just get a plain hamburger to go. Nice and cheap.

Then I get there and decide I need some cheese on there. And one of those damn good Mexican cokes in a bottle. Might as well get some fries - hell, they're the best in town. Ranch on the side, please. Shit, hook me up with some grilled corn on the cob, too. Might as well get a beer while I wait.

Thanks babe. I just spent $18 on a plain hamburger. I'll get the onion rings next time. Visa is cool, right? I'll be outside enjoying my beer while it cooks.

...yeah, that's usually how it goes. God this place is great.

Two things that rock about this place:
    1. Cheap beer that I actually enjoying drinking
    2. The option to add a fried egg to our burger

Adding fried eggs to burgers is just another way to say, "I love you." I wish people could say that more often to each other. We're so horribly PC and afraid people will take things the wrong way. Just, man up, turn to the person you're with and SAY IT! "Hey, babe. Let's get an egg on this burger."

My dude would have been thrilled (like, seriously ecstatic) if they had beetroot as well, but alas, they do not. Still, it was satiating.

The $2 beer (a few were $3) is just an all-around amazing bonus. It was the perfect compliment to our romantic, juicy, fried-egglicious meat sandwich.

LOVE the gourmet burgers you can order almost any way. Though a bit pricey, you are getting 1/2 lb. of Nieman Ranch beef. The more culinarily adventurous can opt for Buffalo or Ostrich burgers.

I split the Mamma's Burger infused with chopped white onions, parsley and allspice and the requested "medium rare" was really.. a little too rare. The beef in the center was nearly raw (having done take-out and the hike up Heartbreak Hill, I was not up to the challenge 20 minutes later). Still, it was a great burger and worth the nearly $10 tag.

The beer batter onion rings were greasy and delicious and served in a mighty portion. I like the condiment bar with the usual fixin's plus chipotle and pesto mayo and hot peppers.

Happy hour from 3-10 p.m. guarantees this spot will hop all day and through the night and your late night cravings, satisfied.

When you average out the menu prices with $1.95 beers on tap (sierra, anchor steam, fat tire, and 3 others...), this place is CHEAP!

There's a tv to watch the game.

Place is small, it gets crowded esp during happy hour (3-10 everyday).

The chili cheese fries are awesome. so are sweet potato.

Tip: if you like garlic salt on your corn, ask them for some :)

    Picture this:

It's late. You haven't eaten in 8 or so hours. You think: I just want something tried and true, something I know will be good. You think, "hey, even though it is completely out of my way, I really want a boca burger from Acme!" You think, "I will get this burger to go and then I will collapse at home and eat it while watching bad reality tv. It will be the best thing about this sorry day."

But the universe has other plans for you. Things start out innocuously, even though the surly chick behind the counter shoos you out of her way while taking the trash out, bumping said trash all over the condiments bar.  Mmmm.

Then she hands you your take-out container, which you open to dump copious amounts of pickles on. But...wait. This is not a boca burger. This is a veggie burger, complete with vegetable sticking out of it and that particular veggie burger stink.

"Um," you chime. "I don't think this is a boca burger. Sorry." "Shit," friendly counter girl (actually) says. "I don't even know the difference, but I think it is." Turns away. "Um," again. "It's not. Boca burgers are made out of soy. This is vegetables." Huffy, she turns to the cook. "Is this a boca burger?" He doesn't even look at it. "Yes." You feel like crying. You don't feel like having a stupid fight. But you just want what you came for. You are entering Mexican stand-off territory, all over a f*cking boca burger. You are not even vegetarian! Counter girl stares at you, daring you to make a fuss. You put the bag on the counter, both staring at it. Your brain is too weary to think of something witty, something cruel, something that will keep her up at night with pangs of regret. You sigh, and walk out, leaving the burger on the counter as a silent token of affront. You will never go back to this godforesaken place in which no one knows the difference between a boca burger and a veggie burger.

Nice little place with yummy burgers, and I love me a good burger.
I wasn't feeling fancy so I just got a plain hamburger, well done (I love rare steaks, but don't mess with any bloody burgers). I particularly enjoyed the bun. It wasn't the normal seeded bun. I liked the toppings bar as well. I had just had a tonsillectomy about a week before I ate here so it was a little hard to completely enjoy my burger, but it was still good!
Also, I didn't really like the bar stools in there. They made me a little nervous.

This place has great burgers. The environment is really informal, like a steak-and-shake or semi-fast food restaurant. But the burgers are as good as any I'd expect to get in a great sit-down restaurant. Definitely on-par with burgers from upscale restaurants around SF.

$2 draft beers and awesome burgers make this a perfect place to eat with friends after a day outside in the sun.

This place was giving me realness...

...but not much else.  I had the Black & Blue Burger and I have two main gripes with this burger for $10.

    1. Cooked on uneven grill or something?  I started on one side thinking that it was medium rare just like I order it, but by the time I got to the other side I was munching on decidedly rarer beef.

    2.  Very little blue cheese.  Their gimmick is to smash the ingredients into the patty. And like the Gayot review they were sporting at the counter says, that does make for a less-messy burger, but for a lover of blue cheese it also meant way less goodness than I can get for the same price elsewhere. And end of day...keeping my shirt clean is not how I measure a burger.

An expensive gimmicky burger.  I might come back if I get a hankering for ostrich or buffalo (which they have), but that's about it.

It would also help if they had sides other than fries and fry varieties!

Acme has grown on me quite a bit. Like a good establishment, they seem to have gotten better over time. My main stay is the Black & Blue (blue cheese mashed in the meat). This burger always does me right.

Cons would be the fries (just not quite on point) and price. But really, a good burger everywhere is $10+.

All in all, solid addition to the WESTERN ADDITION (NoPA is for real estate agents and yups).

A friend who lives in the area raved about the place, so we went for a bite before heading out for an evening.

I ordered the surf and turf as I was feeling bold and daring!  The options for ostrich and buffalo meat really intrigued me, but ultimately I stuck with good ol' cow.

After loading my burger with options at the fresh ingredients bar and a lovely tangy mayo....I dived right it!  Boy oh boy was it tasty.  The burger was littered with bits of shrimp and scallops and it added a nice flavor to the delicious, perfectly cooked meat.  The bun was PHENOM.  An artisan twist on the classic hamburger bun that really added to the flavor.

The side of fries we shared were good too!  Nothing special, but a nice portion and definitely straight out of the fryer.

I'll be back to indulge in some of their other choices...but beware!  While the classic hamburger sets a fellow back 7 bucks or so, additions and specials will cause the price to creep up.  Before you know it, you may be dropping 15 bucks on a burger and a side of fries, and that may be too much for some.

My recent experience has prevented me from ever visiting again.  After a long day of work I headed to acme craving French fries and a coke. The time was 11:40pm and the sign on the window said they closed at midnight. While walking up to the counter a girl with dark curly hair yells out "we already took the last order". My reply was "don't you close in 20 minutes? " . Her bad attitude and rude look on her face forced me to believe that my food would either have spit in it or taste horrible. Needless to say I walked out.  Why say you close at 12 when you really close at 1140.

    Cheese Burger+Fries+ small coke+tax=13.50
The burger has a good smokey flavor with a good bun.
The bun isn't regular hamburger bun.
    No Tip needed.

Please, there is no such a thing calls "Kobe Burger." in US.
It should call American "Kobe" beef.

Well, the Pseudo Kobe Burger will cost you $12.50 doesn't include cheese, fries and drinks.
So, you'll end up paying about 20 bucks for that shit.
I still don't know what is the jive about Kobe.
    I don't get it.

The Regular Cheese Burger was good, decent but I didn't like the topping bar, it's too much hustle picking choosing for my burger.
But when I saw the sign says that Happy Hour - 2 bucks for beer on tap, the place gets many drunk dudes for customer, so that they need fat-food, those drunks don't need toppings maybe, drunks need fat-food, and the fat-food is good thing.

Again, the burger was juicy, it has enough fat in the hamburger patty.
    The American Cheese was melting.
    It was good.
    It was good but pricy.
And I didn't like the extra charge for fries.
Paying 8 bucks for a cheese burger should come with fries.

I don't know. It's hard for me to say that the place seems using good quality beef and buns, but had to put a high price, maybe because the rent is too high.
    I don't know.
But I think this is pricy burger compare with others.

BTW, I was sitting by the window watching people walking, I saw many  people walking by, but none of them came in. I was only guy eating here.
So, I was just wondering why, why the black people don't come in here?
May be they think the burger is too pricy?
Or, a dubious Asian-guy was sitting by the window scaring them?
Well, I found out little later, when I done eating and got out.
I saw Popeye right next door.
    WhattheFXXX?
    That's cheeper.

The GF and I wanted to hit Nopa for a tasty Friday night meal only to be informed that there was a 2 hour wait. Being people who hate crowds and waits, we said fuck it and decided to try somewhere new. Low and behold, what did we find? ACME BURGERHAUS! Yes, like an oasis in a dessert it called to us to get out of the cold and indulge in classic American grub with clever deviations and gastronomic combinations. Ladies and gentlemen, I was sold.

First, I eat meat like its going out of style. So when I read on the menu that they had a burger comprised of 1) burger 2) sausage and 3) bacon I had a foodgasm. The GF got the black and blue burger and we split a basket or onion rings. Here's the breakdown:

My meat-madness burger: I normally feel that by mixing 3 singularly amazing things together you'll muddle the flavors and end up with a dish that's sub par. Not here, dude. No way. The combination of burger, sausage, and bacon was all killer. I tossed some jalapenos, dijon mustard, red onion, and a few of my onion rings on the burger for posterity. The result: bitchin'.

The Black and Blue burger: The GF ate it all and didn't offer me a bite. This is unusual b/c she never finishes anything. My hypothesis: it was so good that she wanted it all for herself. Cheers.

The onion rings: Leave it to SF to try and make onion rings healthy. I've been to places that skimped on the grease or at least tried to hide the fact that onion rings= a punch in the heart. But Acme mans up and plays the hand it's dealt. They gave us the onion rings covered in grease and the paper they were served on was translucent within minutes of their receipt. God damn it, that's what I like to see. They were fantastic!

Summation: Ditch Nopa. Go to Acme. Save money. Get fatter. Die happier.

I had a long ballet class that day, and I was stuck waiting for my husband and his friends clear a level of this video game (lol) for hours, so by the time we managed to leave his friend's house and walked over to Acme Burgerhaus, I was cranky, exhausted and heart-burned and was kind of reluctant about the idea of greasy, unhealthy, high-cholesterol food which would essentially kill all the effort I put in to my ballet class earlier and the benefits of it.

But, alas, majority vote, and this is what happens when you are hanging out predominantly with big dudes LOL.

So there at Acme, I am looking around at all the meaty menu options and really not feeling anything (I would have, totally, if I was starving and was not on the day when I was trying to be healthy).  Then my husband mentions "portabella mushroom" and I see where he is pointing, and I see that they offer portabella mushroom burger.  I asked the guy at the cashier if that was mushroom on top of beef patty or just the mushroom and he said that that was just the mushroom.  It sounded lighter and healthier and I felt that that was the best option for me for the way I was feeling at the moment.

And, I was totally right.  Better yet, I LOVED it.  I did something pretty unusual and opted to garnish my burger with pickles, tomatoes, heaps of lettuce, and TARTAR SAUCE.  Yes, Tartar sauce with Mushroom.  I don't think people would usually pair that together, but trust me, it is retardedly good.  It makes sense if you think about it, as a juicy, well cooked mushroom has the soft, smooth texture that slightly resembles that of cooked shellfish. (The resemblance is stronger if it was with shiitake mushrooms with oysters but portabella still has that sexy smooth texture to the tongue ; ) kind of like abalone or clams)

So yeah, I tried pairing the mushroom with tartar sauce and I am never going back to doing it any other way. I sat there gobbling up my burger with juices dripping down my fingers, and created a big pile of paper napkins in my basket by the time I was done eating.  I also nibbled on their fries and onion rings and they were great too, although my appetite didn't make me want to eat a ton of it that day.

However, I know that the next time the guys want to hit this place, I will be in a MUCH better mood because I definitely know what  to get even when I may not be feeling like eating heavy meat.  I ultimately need to thank my husband's friends for their decision on going over to this place!

    DEEEELISH!
If you go get the garlic french fries they are to die for, the onion rings are super tasty as well.
Cheap beers (happy hour they're $2!!), great burger options and tolerant employees (since half the people that go in there at night have been drinking) !!
Definitely try this place, you won't regret it!

They should call this place "char burger." It would be apropos.

I'm going to assume that the burger I had was supposed to be tasty, but all I could taste was grill char. Which is not what I wanted to taste. And even with a shitload of condiments on my burger, it's still all I could taste.

Although to their credit, when they say "garlic fries" they mean "GARLIC fries".

I'm real disappointed in some inaccurate reviews.  Sure everyone has an opinion but puleeZ folks.  Get out more.  Acme ROCKS.

I spent the entire humid summer in the MIDWEST for a work contract.... burgers are the norm there and finding fresh sushi or a ground turkey burger is a good way to get laughed it!  So I gave in, figured my body could use more iron anyhow.

(Noteworthy: Prior to St Louis, I had given up red meat for half my life due to being overfed, thank you Middle Eastern Mom! ( I did chicken, fish, ground turkey) but returned to being a carnivore because when in Rome....)

Dined at the very casual  Acme Burgerhaus with a friend and we shared 2 huge burgers since we couldn't decide.  She did the sweet potato fries and I saved the calories for a $2 brew.

$11 for a delicious handpressed (Harris) burger and a beer in SF?

That's even in the budget for those of us on work furlough.

(I've returned 2x and still, 5 stars - consistency apparently pays off)

I do enjoy the burgers here, but what really blew me away was the chicken pesto club sandwich.  Holy dang.   Huge grilled chicken breast, rich bacon, with just the right about of pesto mayo to set it off but not overwhelm.

Acme is pricey for a burger joint and a bit on the slow side, so make the most of your time here.  The $2 beers and plasma TVs showing sports make this the closest thing to a "Sports Bar" you'll find on Divisadero.

Bread is very important to me, and here their bun/roll is weak.  The meat was very well done after I asked for medium.

I checked out Acme Burgerhaus tonight, and I must say, I'm a fan. Their standard burgers looked delicious, but it was the specialty burgers that really intrigued me. Much like how they mash toppings into ice cream at Cold Stone, they mash all sorts of mix-ins into the patty at Acme Burgerhaus. For example, in my patty today, I had lamb, some cheese, and a bunch of spices. It gave it a really interesting taste. This was a big half pound patty and they ask you how you'd like it cooked.

Another plus has got to be the sweet potato fries. I'm convinced that there is only one sweet potato fry supplier for San Francisco, and it seems like pretty much every restaurant in the city uses him.... every single restaurants seems to serve the same darn sweet potato fries! Luckily, thee are different! They were great.

After you get your burger, there's a toppings bar, a la Fuddruckers, that you can use to put whatever you like on it. Very cool. To top it off, they have a seven hour long happy hour, lasting all the way from 3PM to 10PM, and during this time draft beers are only $2. That's a pretty great deal for San Francisco.

So what's keeping me from giving it the full five stars? There's really no scene or environment in there to speak of. The place is very plain jane, nothing interesting to look at, no fun decorations, etc. There was some music playing, but it was not loud enough, and it was just faint enough that your ears had to really try to make out the song. Also, i think it's about 20% overpriced. I know these burgers are really high quality and I know it's a very unique product, but $9.95 for a specialty burger seems high at a restaurant where you order your food at a counter.

In any case, I'll definitely return. I'm curious to try some of the other specialty burgers. Enjoy!

My roommate and I have been wanting to come here for a while since they serve Ostrich and Buffalo burgers. When I got there, though, I ended up getting a specialty burger (the Roman) and it was amazing. Next time I'll have to try the buffalo or ostrich.

The burgers are restaurant price because they restaurant quality. You have to order fries separately, but you get a few options like garlic, sweet potato and regular.

But here's the best part...$1.95 draft beers! 'Nough said. If you like burgers and beer, then Burgerhaus is a good place to drop in and have one.

I've been here a few times and every time I wonder why.

The burgers are overpriced and flavorless. The condiment bar always seems to be in horrible shape, and the burgers are WAY too expensive.

The cheese steak place next door has better burgers, although I wouldn't really recommend that place either.

Their buns were really good. I don't understand how people are giving this place a 1-2 stars, it blows my mind.

I came here at 1:30am, and lucky for me and my friend, the place was not busy (I guess it's all about timing), I had their Hamburger with Swiss and I was just amazed.

Two of my friends (well one was drunk, so he doesn't really count) were also equally impressed with the place.

Hands down, I'm coming back here.

Meh, there's nothing special about this place. Burger was way too thick, dried out and overpriced. The bun is nothing like a traditional bun you'd expect, it's more like a really doughy english muffin. Not a fan of the public condiment bar either. Just went back here to grab a chocolate milkshake and that too was bland & underwhelming. I'd pass on this place and defer to other joints in the neighborhood like Greenburger's or Metro.

I came here with a friend for happy hour.

While the burger was good, It wasn't anything special.  However I did like the blue cheese!

The garlic fries were disappointing.  It wasn't very flavorful.

The whole reason we came was for the beer...I didn't even finish my beer.  It tasted like, rubbing alcohol.  I got a hef,,,which i've had one before..and it DEF never tastes like that.

I'll probably never come here again.
