I searched long and hard for somebody to refinish and re-upholster my antique couch. I have to admit I was very leary.
I took a chance after finding this company on the internet. We called and then went out to their location which is pretty far. I have to admit I was impressed. They took the time to give me a lengthy tour of the refinishing shop and upholstery shop which are both separate but connected in the same building. It was very clean and organized which I was really suprised at. Both the upholsterer and one of the main refinishers had an impressive background. Both had years experience and the refinisher use to work with pianos.
I just got my furniture back last week and I have to say they did a fantastic job. The attention to detail was top notch.
I also like that they offer pick-up/drop-off service in Chicago and do quite a bit of insurance adjustment repairs. I have a couple more pieces they are now refinishing so I will update this review once I get the furniture back to give my feedback. So far I have been extremely pleased.
