I cannot say enough nice things about Viv.
She has been incredibly helpful in answering a huge stream of questions that preceded our adoption of Tuco. It was clear that our puppy was well cared for and was calm and happy.
ACGSR goes out of their way to make sure their animals go to good homes and are well taken care of. Another incredible thing is that they continue to be available to offer advice and assistance even after the adoption is finalized. -

There is a snoring 12-week-old puppy lying on my left foot. She's was in the euthanization pen at the Hollister shelter with her mom and all her brothers and sisters, just 11 weeks ago. Bill from All Creatures saw the shelter workers leading the mom into the pen and saved the entire littler. He took them home, took care of them, started their shots, and found good homes for the mama and all five puppies!
I know from experience that not all rescue groups are created equal. I had a very bad experience with another group who misrepresented the dog's history and were incredibly unprofessional. However, Bill & Viv from All Creatures have been wonderful.
They were very communicative through the decision making process. They made time to answer our questions and come to our home. They've checked in and offered great puppy advice. They really seem to have their act together.
And best of all, they brought us our Bailey - who would not have lived past her first week without them!

I can't say ennough about ACGSR. We adopted our lovely chocolate lab through ACGSR last year. I was really struck by how important it was for them to find the RIGHT family for our Sasha and we feel very blessed that that family got to be ours. She is such a wonderful addition to our home. They brought her on site to see the house and yard and get a feel for the home. They helped us prepare a list of everything we would need to bring her home. It made for a very smooth transition. Great people who love dogs. A+
