So I got into an accident where my bumper fell off and the cars suspension for the left front tire was all out of wack. Took it to this auto shop and they seemed they knew what they were talking about once they examined my vehicle and the customer service seemed pretty sincere as well. WAS I WRONG.
BRUNO, who is the most irresponsible "manager" or whatever he shouldn't be titled as never returned a single call when I asked for the status of my vehicle while it was being "repaired" nor, did he even take responsibility for damage that was done to my car AFTER I took it here.
Finally, got a call after about a month after I took my car here. Went to pick up my car and everything seemed A-OK. Until, I opened my trunk. Let me just say that the damage to my car was in the FRONT. Nobody should have touched the back. Anyways, open up the trunk, and it would not stay open. It kept closing as if some part had been broken or something. I call BRUNO and he tells me to come back (all this mindless, wasteful driving) and he opens the trunk and says, "Oh, looks like a shock is missing..." I'm thinking why is a shock missing to keep my trunk open??? Before I took it to this place of lies and idiots my trunk was working perfectly fine. BRUNO, then tells me its MY CARS problem and that I should go to the dealership and they would fix it...So by this point I am livid and just leave and drive over to Nick Alexander and they examine my vehicle and find SEVERAL problems due to the "repairs" this fake auto body shop has made. This costs me even more money on top of the 1,500 I gave to this fake body shop. Luckily, the people at Nick Alexander and I worked out a deal. Regardless, wasn't it the orginal shops job to fix my car, not the dealership???
My car is left at the dealership for another 2 months because of the damages that were caused because of the "repairs".
Nick Alexander offers me complimentary car rental so that was very helpful.
Stay away from this place. I will be going down there this week to demand for my money back because these people never answer calls or return them. -

Worst place ever!!!!! DON'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. they just buff and shine. My car was in for 8 days or so I had front end damage and I told them when I brought them the car that my Dad did auto body work ever since I can remember and that i know if a job is done right, also I had my Dad inspect it as well. I out of pocketed $1500.00 Lets list the items that needed attention to, again. My instrumentation panel was lite up like a christmas tree, the ac vent still broken, door molding not painted right, cracked head lamp housing, moisture in the other head lamp, the belly pan was never ordered or put on, after I told them i had to rip it off after the accident in order to make the car operable again. They used the same head lamps hence the cracked housing . Fog lamp didn't work, ac doesn't cool. The hood rubs against the bumper cover there should be a quarter of an inch space. wheel well cover missing screws so its hanging a bit. From a distance my car looks good but if you pay attention to details or me point things out you see the imperfections. Next time I will take it to the dealer.

I am extremely satisfied with this place, but it could be just because the idiot-that-hit-me's insurance company paid for everything. So on halloween of last year a lady backed up at least 25 feet in an empty parking lot into my bumper. We were the only two cars in the lot.... and this was not a tiny lot. yeah...
So her insurance company recommended me to them since they were a certified shop of Farmers. I expected them to do a crappy job since they weren't getting any of my money. Thankfully, they did an excellent job, replaced my bumper, tail light, washed and cleaned the inside of my car!!!
They also called everyday with an update of what they were doing and when my car was going to be ready. Excellent customer service. they also have like a 50 yr guarantee. The customer service agent next to me was explaining to his customers two old lady about this to which they responded "in 50 yrs you will be putting flowers at my grave." They also went on to ask the agent if he drove and if he was a "safe driver." 5 stars for good customer service, and good entertainment. Old ppl crack me up. -

I got into a horrible hit and run accident in January where a drunk driver ran a red light and hit me so hard my car spun around into oncoming traffic. There was around 8k worth of damage and the entire front portion of my car practically had to be replaced - my hood, bumper, left tire, left panel, headlight, transmission pan, other things. My insurance sent me here which I wasn't happy about because it wasn't conveniently located but I have NO regrets now. Bruno was my contact person and he was pretty accessible at all times with questions and updates. When the car took MUCH longer then expected to fix (about 3 weeks) because they had to get parts from the Mini dealer, they offered me a rental car. I hadn't taken one earlier because I was mostly out of town after the accident. They even offered to swap out my car with the rental when mine was ready and meet me at my house so I wouldn't have to drive there. When I picked up the car, Bruno made it clear that if i had any problems with it, come back and they will fix it at no charge. Just a couple of weeks ago my power steering fluid drained and I was having problems with turning. I didn't know at the time it was the power steering, took it back in, and as promised, Bruno fixed it at no charge. Ultimately, I think it's a great place and I'm not sure why I got such great service based on all of these negative reviews, but I did. Only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars was because of the location and how long it took them to fix my car.

Hugo at Ace-tech and his crew were awesome! They handled my mercury claim with courtesy and promptly. They communicated expressly with me and made sure my needs were met. I will take my car back to this shop for my body shop insurance repair needs.
Thank you for all the hard work! -

WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I recently took my car for repairs here and after waiting two full weeks my car was returned with an emptied gas tank and a non working window.
I telephoned them and was told I was crazy and that they don't drive customer's cars around. But how do you explain no gas in the gas tank ! Moreover , after reviewing my checking account, I found that I had pumped gas the same day I took my car there.
The work on my fender was okay. Not only did they buff out the scratches and dents but also my trust . Don't make the same mistake I did shop around for a good reputable auto body shop,. I wish I had. -

Fast, efficient, and pretty honest. I had to go here after my neighbor's son swiped my side and took off one of my fenders. Since I was dealing with insurance, I didn't care for the cost, although I'd probably say they're more expensive than other places.
The employees were all pretty nice and helpful though. The office is clean and a welcome surprised since it's not located in the best part of town.
I took off one star because I had to come back again to retake some photos that were somehow damaged and wouldn't upload. -

I've been here 2 times. The first time was a few years ago. I was a passenger of an auto accident (Toyota). I didn't deal with them as much then since I wasn't the driver. But everything went absolutely smoothly for the driver. I remembered their great service and logged them in my phone for future use.
Just yesterday, my car was broken into. They smashed the passenger window with a brick. I have a BMW. I remembered AceTech and that they also specialize in BMWs. I called and spoke to Heras Ra. He was so helpful and answered all my questions. I was so distraught with my car getting broken into, but just talking to him made me feel better. I went in immediately and got the estimate. He took care of everything quickly and was very clear and friendly. He gave me options and was very understanding.
The service here is great! They will listen to you and will not rip you off. They do a superb job on repairs and will make sure you go home happy.
They specialize in all types of vehicles, too. They're reps and mechanics all know what they're doing. They have a friendly staff and the facility is nice. They also have a rental service on site. They will even drive you to and from work, if needed. Its just a great place to take you car and feel comfortable!
When something happens to your car, you want to go somewhere you trust. Check out AceTech. They're really great.
