I hired Aces Up for our first corporate holiday party, and let me tell you, our employees were so surprised and excited and if it wasn't for Aces Up, the party wouldn't have been as great. I mean, there was a DJ who was also awesome, and it was an open bar, but gaming tables add an extra activity to a party that is good for anyone that doesn't just want to drink and mingle or dance.
Alex, who I spoke with to coordinate, was extremely helpful, prompt to respond, professional, and totally charming :). It was a great experience from the get-go, just like I had read from the Yelp reviews.
I had them deliver the tables at a night club that has worked with Aces Up before, and the event planner also raved about them. That they were self-sufficient, on-time, and totally low maintenance. They had everything covered. They completely change a room and made it look more fun and interesting. The dealers all look professional, clean, and perform like Vegas dealers. It's Vegas rules, but with fake money. It feels very authentic. Of course, we do offer a prize to the player with the most chips at the end of the night, so there's something to play for.
We had such a great time with them that I hired them again for our company's launch party and had even more tables, this time craps. We had even more dealers and yet still, the same amount of professionalism and charm. I cannot stress what a great experience it is to work with them. I can't wait to have the next event and have them be a part of that as well. You will not go wrong if you consider them for YOUR event! -

After 3 consecutive years of using Aces-Up for my company holiday party, we keep getting requests to bring them back and to have the casino party year-after-year. Our parties attract about 200 guests and we have a full pit of various games. For the $$, this is the BEST deal on entertainment for a party I have ever seen. Plus, the management, staff and service is beyond outstanding. I trust Aces-Up with that aspect of my party blindly. They are professionals and will bring a true casino feel to your event. The best part is that it breaks up the cliquishness of your event and brings people together at gaming tables. It is a true team building event, in that, people who have worked together for years and never spoke to one another can come together and get to know each other over a shared game. It is truly amazing. Hire these guys and enjoy!

My husband's 60th Birthday party was a HUGE success, thanks to Aces Up! Dealing (pun intended) with this company has been such a positive experience, that I'd rave about them to anyone looking to have a casino night! Emails were responded to quickly; phone calls promptly returned; delivery of the gaming tables exactly on time; and staff friendly, patient, and professional! I booked 3 tables: Roulette, Craps, and Black Jack. All the tables with its accoutrements looked brand new! Our guests were all impressed, and my husband was grinning from ear to ear! The total price for the entire package was amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Aces Up!!

This review is long over due....but better late than never, right?!
I know absolutely nothing about casino games, poker, craps, etc...but I do know top notch service when I see it! The Aces Up staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. On the two occasions I worked with them, they displayed excellent customer service skills; answered emails/questions promptly, arrived on time, and really energized the crowd. I definitely look forward to working Aces Up again!

Absolutely amazing! They were very reasonable in pricing compared to the 7 other companies we looked into. Their equipment was first class, their staff was first class, their service was first class...without question awesome!
They set up and broke down everything quickly and also helped to move the party along as well as encouraed and coached newbies to the world of casino gaming.
I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and beware of the shady alternatives as the next best was a far cry in every way from the class at Aces Up.

Everyone at Aces up were fantastic! We used them at a school auction and we raised record numbers for the school. Kevin was great to work with and gave us suggestions along the way of how to pre-sell chips, amounts to sell them for and what to give for prizes. We made money on the casino before the auction even started! Most of all it was fun for everyone! At past events, people who didn't dance just left early. The party portion didn't feel as fun. With this auction most stayed until the end and didn't want the casino to close. It was a lot of fun! Many thanks to Aces Up!

My non-profit organization recently hosted a casino themed fundraising event using Aces Up. It was our first one like it, so we were unsure of what the outcome would be. It turned out to be an extremely fun event and we heard great feedback from our guests about both the event and Aces Up!
Aces Up is very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Alex provided great ideas and suggestions throughout the planning process in a clear and helpful way, about how to work out the logistics and the fundraising part of the event. He basically had a good answer for every question I asked, and I did have lots of questions! Also, on the day of the event, everything was very manageable and low stress for us since Aces Up was so prompt and executed everything efficiently (set up, game play, break down) so that my colleague and I were able to handle other logistics of the event without any issues or questions.
During the event, our guests said that the Aces Up dealers were really friendly and explained the games and rules very well, which added to their overall enjoyment of the night/event. It also definitely reflects well on Aces Up as a company and the type of people they hire. We look forward to working with them again! -

So my husband's work place hired this group to be at the Hotel where they held their annual christmas party.
They had a variety of tables. They had Roulette, Black Jack, Texas Hold'em, and a couple others.
The dealers are very professional, friendly, and even explain the game if you don't know how to play. -

A++++ for their tables and dealers at the Casino Royale Yelp event.
The tables were high quality and clean (I would say they're even better than the ones in casinos). The dealers were so professional and super nice! At the craps table, they gave pointers and really useful advice. You could hear people throughout the room cheering and really enjoying themselves. It really felt like I was in Vegas or something.
I highly recommend them if you're looking to have a casino themed party. -

Aces Up did their part in making sure my party was a success. The tables were high quality, fun, and always stayed busy. The staff even agreed to stay late to help accommodate the special schedule we had for the evening.

It's time for holiday parties and such and I am in charge of planning the one for my company. Let me just say, I work for a start-up. Um, yeah... That means pretty much no funds for holiday parties and the like. But our CFO wanted to have a Vegas themed holiday party. So be it.
I started searching around for people who rent casino tables. I really didn't know places like that even existed. But I guess if you can buy a wife via the web, you should be able to rent casino tables right? So after some searching, I contacted a few places for quotes. Since I've never rented casino tables before, I had nothing to compare these prices to, so I just compared them to each other. I looked at the professionalism and ease of use of their websites, how well the communication went and of course, the prices. After all of that, I made my decision and went with Aces Up.
I spoke directly with one of the owners, Kevin. His responses were also prompt and polite. On the day of the party, he and his partner arrived to deliver the tables. Wow. The tables looked AMAZING! Super colorful and clean and so professional looking. They set the tables up, all the chips and the dealers arrived later. All in black and white, suits and vests. Very very professional. All I needed was some recirculated oxygen, no windows, loud dings and clicks and a martini and I would be in Vegas!
I was amazed at how well the night went. They made our holiday party a blast. Thank you to everyone at Aces Up!

We used Aces Up for a company party. It was so FUN!
We worked with Kevin, who I believe is the owner, on the details of the party. He was totally easy to work with and explained how everything would work. The prices were VERY competitive compared to other casino companies in the area and they had the best reviews on Yelp. Sometimes you have to wonder about all good reviews but in this case I would say all of the reviews were true. All of the dealers that worked our party were awesome. They were all friendly, professional and helpful to guests who weren't familiar with gambling.
If you are planning a Casino themed party, I would 100% recommend Aces Up!!! -

We really enjoyed our poker evening with Aces Up. Their dealers were fun, patient, and professional. The team was very organized and were on time etc. Tables were beautiful and most of all it was a totally enjoyable experience for all of our participants.

FANTASTIC customer service, blows away expectations.
We booked Aces Up for a team party, and everyone had a blast. The extremely reasonably price meant we could spend more money on booze ;). We went with craps, poker, roulette, and blackjack, and all of their tables were even better than Vegas. The dealers were great at teaching the less experienced people how to play, so everyone had a blast. They even managed our end of the evening raffle, so even though we weren't gambling with real money there was something worth winning for. -

Aces up casino games are the best investment for any party. I hosted a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend and his twin casino themed of course and having the tables there MADE the party. Having Aces Up Casino was a surprise for my guest. Every single person there was so impressed by how professional and personable Kevin and Kelly were. I've thrown many parties and none have been as talked about as this one has. The whole planning from begging to end is so smooth and the price is unbeatable.

I highly recommend Aces Up. Working with Kevin on the firm event that I organized was a pleasure. The dealers were professional and courteous, and they were patient about teaching people how to play the games. Most of us had very little gambling experience. We found Aces Up through a Google search, and we really lucked out. It was a perfect evening, and Aces Up was a big part of the success.

This is a great thing to have at your party!
I contacted Aces Up to see if they'd be able to add some fun to a our annual company event. I was initially worried about whether our corporate-type guys would participate or if they would be tentative and hang back from the tables - but as soon as the event started, everyone got way into the playing and it was a very successful team-building event. The dealers are a lot of fun and draw people in to playing and the tables were authentic and created a very fun atmosphere.
The price was incredibly reasonable and it was a great value for all of the fun that it brought to our evening.
I worked with Kevin Whitlock on the arrangement of the party and he was responsive and professional and very nice to work with.
I would recommend Aces Up to anyone - the staff were all great and people really liked playing the casino games! -

We contracted Aces to provide gambling and entertainment for ~30 guests at a James Bond / Casino Royale New Year's Eve party. They did a fabulous job. One group arrived early in the day to set up their tables & make sure there was enough room for everything. The staff who manned the gambling tables arrived on time and were dressed for the part, and were polite, professional and handled the various-sized gambling crowd with ease. We plan to use their services again in the future, and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for casino-style entertainment and a fun-filled event!

I've used Yelp since it launched in 2004, but have never taken the time to register and write a review, until now.
My (new) wife and I recently threw a Roaring 20s themed wedding at the Bently Reserve. We decided gaming tables would be fun (both matching our Roaring 20s/speakeasy theme and giving folks who didn't want to dance something to do and a chance to mingle).
Since the tables were my idea, I was "in charge" (ahem) of finding a vendor, figuring out what we needed, etc, all during a very heavy work and travel period for me, just ahead of the wedding.
With a little googling (sorry, Yelp!), I came across Ace's Up, sent in an email, and started a dialog with Kevin Whitlock.
Long story short, after numerous emails (I had lots of inane questions), often with large gaps between them (on my end) despite Kevin's immediate and helpful follow-up, we finally negotiated a fair price and placed our order.
Day of, the tables showed up -- looking amazing -- and were placed as directed (amidst a dozen other vendors running about). The tables opened and after some initial surprise, guests flocked to them, keeping them busy the entire night.
It wasn't, of course, until the next day that we started getting emails and texts about the wedding and specifically about the gaming tables, including how great an idea it was, that one of our friends "learned more playing craps for an hour at our wedding than four trips to Vegas"... and the Pièce de résistance... that the craps dealer kept his cool and 'made things right' after one of our completely drunk friends grabbed the craps stick/crop and started helping herself to other people's chips!
I have nothing but great things to say about Kevin and Ace's Up, would not hesitate to recommend them, and would use them again given the opportunity! -

Aces Up did a great job for me on a high-profile, VIP event in Los Altos Hills. I had to organize the event remotely from Seattle and Aces Up was a big help in coordinating delivery and setup. The equipment was top notch and the dealers were all professionals. I will do more events in the Valley and when I do I will definitely call in Aces Up to handle the gaming.

I used Aces up Casino Parties for a resident event last week. We had a craps table, black jack and poker table. I must say hands down a very seemless proccess. They came early to set up and had everything ready well before the event. The dealers were able to accomodate our request for raffles and even incorporated some of our ideas for the raffles.The dealers were very professional and friendly, my residents really enjoyed the event. I was quite surprised at how nice the tables were--our clubhouse looked like a Vegas Casino! Hands down GREAT night!

Everything they promised & more, I recieved nothing but raves about the party and what a great idea. They were there on time & ready to go when the guest arrived, so helpful to teach. For our company party we decided to have a casino themed party. We looked at several vendors in the Bay Area, however, none of them seemed to pull of that Vegas feel. Most of the vendors tables did not look real. When we met with Kevin from Aces my co-worker and I were surprised at how authentic the tables looked. We were even more shocked when we found out that their quote was the best one we had received. On the day of the company party we were super excited to have Aces hosting our event. We had some great prizes to be raffled off and they handled it so smoothly. Everyone was impressed with the quality of the tables, and how well run the event was. The dealers were professional and very friendly. They also were willing to teach the games to anyone who did not know how to play. We had craps, pai-gow, black jack and a poker room. If you're going to throw a casino party at your house or for a company I would highly recommend them.

We had a 1st birthday party for my daughter this weekend, and I know it's unconventional but we had a cocktail/blackjack party. She won't remember this one and we've never earned a party as much as we did after this year. Aces Up provided the blackjack tables and dealers in my home and they were wonderful. The dealers were friendly and professional. The owners called and worked out every detail ahead of time. Everything was taken care of and ran flawlessly. They were reasonably priced and absolutely everyone said it was the best 1st year birthday party they'd ever been to. I recommend them as highly as possible. Great, great party!
