Beware of this company and their repair policy. I had to send back my 9 month old laptop for repair, under warranty, due to the motherboard being shot. I was informed that I wasn't the only customer with this problem and they were waiting for more motherboards from CHINA. China? Well, they have had my laptop for 3 months now. Almost 2 months ago and with a complaint filed with the BBB, they promised to send me a replacement laptop for my troubles. Well...I havent seen that either. They claim they have a 30 day repair policy...I've been waiting 90 days for my laptop to be repaired and about 45 days for the replacement they promised. Trying to get an answer from the Customer Call center is a headache. They say "2 weeks for everything". When they became aware of the BBB complaint, they still didn't take action. How can they not have motherboards in stock for repairs? And how does it take 90 days to get from from China? And the fact they told me there are other customers ahead of me waiting for a motherboard replacement. There is one agent, leslie who actually lied to the BBB and told them the case was closed because they agreed to send me a replacement laptop. well, she lied to BBB because that replacement laptop still has not been sent as of today, so we reopened the BBB complaint. So, for 90 days. I have been without my original laptop and the promised replacement.
Do not put yourself through this hell...buy another brand.
