My company just built a space at the 55 Francisco building.  Ace Parking has a garage attached to the building, so where else would I go to reserve parking for myself and my coworkers?!

We enjoy building access without having to go outside in the rain.  Tourists park there while they get on the Hornblower Cruise line or walk down to Pier 39.  If you get in there before 10am, I believe it's $12 a day.  Our monthly reserved spots run $300.

This review is written mostly for personal service and attention we receive.  The garage manager, Willie, is the most personable guy you'll ever meet.  Friendly and concerned, organized and laid-back.  His staff is great as well.  They always wish me a good night as I swipe my card on the way out.

Oh, and he decorates for the holidays--how great is that?!

Don't park at Ace lots.  Try a different lot if you can.  They raised my monthly parking by 30% without any notice and went back on their words that they won't raise my monthly fee when they took over my parking garage back in December.  We should not give our business to firms that don't care about their customer.  Please boycott this place and help send a message to businesses that customers matter.

DO NOT PARK AT AN ACE PARKING STRUCTURE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BUMPER SCRATCHED.

For the past three years, I have been a monthly parker at the Ace garage located at 1776 Sacramento Street. I have never had an incident.
However, recently I bought a brand new 2009 Toyota Corolla. When I bought the car, there wasn't a scratch on it, obviously. One night in late May, when I went to pick up my car I noticed a scratch on the rear bumper. The scratch looked like it was another car's front license plate imprint. It looked like someone had tried to park a car really close to my car, and bumped it. I brought it to the attention of the night valet, Loel. He said he was so so sorry. He said it was one of the other valets. Loel said he would start putting my car in a safer place, so it doesn't get bumped by another valet again. Loel walked me into the garage and showed me a spot tucked away in the back where my car would be safe. He said "from now on", he's park my car there. However, over the next couple weeks when I went to go get my car, it was never in the spot he promised.
On June 2, 2009, I came to pick up my car from the garage and noticed an even bigger scratch on the rear bumper. Again, it looked like someone tried to park right next to my car, but bumped it with the front license plate of another car. I brought this immediately to Loel's attention as well. He said he was so so sorry, and it wasn't him, it was another valet. He gave me the number of Victor, his supervisor.
I called Victor and made a plan to meet with him on June 3 at 1:30 p.m. so I could file a claim and he could take pictures. But Victor didn't show up. I had to call him and wait an hour for him to arrive. When he arrived, he took a picture of my bumper with his iPhone. I filled out the claim paperwork and gave it to him. I told him my car was scratched before and I was promised a safe spot. Victor said he was sorry and showed me a new spot where my car would be parked "from now on." However, when I went in the very next day, my car was not there. I then called Victor and asked what happened to the second safe spot my car was promised. He said he was so so sorry and I should call the manager, Ted Tran.
On June 5, I called Ted Tran the manager of the garage and he was very rude and abrupt. He said he'd file the paperwork and I'd hear back from him in two days. However, I never heard back from him. I left him three voicemails over three days and he never called back.
Moreover, I called the corporate office today and Ace Parking INC's Claims Manager, Clay Adams', assistant said no claim had ever been filed. She emailed Clay and asked him to look into the matter. Clay Adams never called me back. I left him 2 voicemails.
I have not yet heard from Clay Adams, Ted Tran or Victor. I'm wondering what happened to my claim. I'm getting plenty of apologies, but what I'd really like is a solution to fixing my bumper.

It's $15 for 12 hours now, more for 24. Things seemed basically fine - my car was just as good as when I left it. Nothing amazingly special about the place though. There's a $15 flat rate lot at Bay and Kearny that I intend to try tomorrow.
