Very strange, my experience was completely different from most reviews here.

I just parked my car and took the Westin shuttle to the airport.  Didn't have to give my keys to anyone.  And when I get back, I show the parking receipt print out to the person at the entrance gate to exit.  The shuttle is frequent.  The parking lot is also pretty small, anywhere to Westin should only take 5 mins.

So I am completely confused by all the complaints about lost keys or rude drivers.  Did they go to the same place?  The QuikPark right next to Westin?

A minor complaint is that the lot is dusty because of construction nearby, but at $9/day, it's a good deal.  I would park there again.

Simply, a very very bad experience. They lost my keys and i had to stand around for 30 minutes in the freezing cold while they searched (at 9:30pm).

After the attendant gave up looking, he literally gave me the box of keys to look myself, at which point i had to poor the entire bucket onto the ground and get onto my hands and knees and look. The key was found in the back corner of their office on the ground.

They charged me full price when i told them I wouldn't pay more then my deposit, and they called the police when I refused to pay.

The attendant was clueless, but mainly the manager has no idea how to run a business.

Seems odd that I get screwed and all they have to do is call the police for me to be forced to pay money. Consequence-free for them--- they can provide the worst service ever and force you to pay or else they will call the cops. I've never had an experience quite like that.

I admittedly lost my cool, but this was one of the worst experiences I had ever had with a business ever. I'm going to the BBB, sorry but that's not how you treat a customer. Pay a few extra bucks a day and go somewhere else.

I've done my Yelp homework before deciding to park here. At half the price of most other airport parking lots, this is an incredible bargain. Now that I've broken the shackle of corporate bureaucracy (read: jobless), I have to be more budget-conscious.

I got up bright and early to arrive at the hotel, and I was on the shuttle within 5 minutes. No incidence on my way out. The return is where some minor problems occurred.

I waited at the shuttle stop at Terminal 3 for a full 25 minutes before a shuttle showed up. Two Hyatt shuttles had come and gone. The luggage rack was completely filled and people had to wabble over piles of luggage like penguines to get to the back rows. Some dude who got off the shuttle at International Terminal had some nasty armpit odor so pungent the TSA should probably arrest him before he boards the plane. With the shuttle so packed, the odor hit me on the head like an asteroid.

Clarion and the Westin share this shuttle service. You would think the Westin would take care of their guests better. My guess is that the Westin is too expensive to have too many guests using it, and Clarion is too cheap to increase the frequncy to accommodate so many long term parking people.

Will I use it again? Probably. Comparing to taking the Super Shuttle, parking here is usually cheaper for up to 10 days. The added inconvenience isn't an issue for bargain hunters. After all, asteroids don't hit you every day, and the TSA probably didn't detect the threat.

Buy online and prepay your parking- $7 per day.  It's cheap and safe.
Staff is kind, it makes little sense not to go here.

Sometimes I fly at strange hours and don't want to take a $40 cab ride or inconvenience a friend so here's a simple solution

Drive yourself to the Clarion, park, take a quick free shuttle to the terminal (every 15-20 minutes really is accurate), skip town, & return to your car pretty effortlessly (grab the hotel courtesy shuttle) back to your car.  Prepay and exit in seconds.

Landed at 8:15, got a shuttle at 8:40 after getting my luggage, arrived at my car before 9, no wait, no worries.

Skip the places that charge almost $20 per day.  That's just a waste.
This place makes sense.  The other reviews seem unnecessarily harsh.

I'm using Ace (a.k.a quikpark - http://www.quikparksfo...) next time I have an odd hour flight.

Agree with the others...I was lured by the closeness to the airport...but I've honestly never had a ruder experience with a shuttle driver than here...it was midnight and I asked if he would drive a bit closer to my car as it was down the whole row and totally dark...he said "Just get out!" and threw my luggage on the ground.

    Lovely.

Cheap & decent.  You park your own car, wait for a shuttle to take you to the airport and voila!  I'd recommend this place if you're on a budget.  This was my first time parking here and it was ok, nothing to brag about but still average enough to park here.  ***Be sure to pay for your parking online because it's cheaper that way.  On a side note, I prefer parking at Skypark because their services, specifically shuttle is fast and easy.  With this place, it took a 30 minute wait at the airport for the shuttle to come and bring me back to the parking lot.  I'll park here again whenever I don't get a better deal at Skypark.

Its cheaper because they dont have the same overhead, fewer shuttles etc.... Minimal assistance from drivers etc...

I parked here for 12 days and 2 hours, ended up costing about $134 after taxes,  which is still cheaper than most places nearby.

I would have done BART, but the Taxi ride home from BART would have taken $40-50 anyway eventually.

I did wait at airport and saw other shuttles drive by (empty) twice before I saw this bus but, it was fine since I allocated enough time when I left and I was not in a hurry when I got back.

If you want FAST then I agree, go with another company.

Decently priced parking with free shuttle service to the airport. You can't ask for much more than that.

It's a place to park your car, no more, no less. It is outside so your car is exposed to the elements. But at least it has a nice view of the bay.

From the South, it is the closest parking to the airport. The shuttle does run every 20 minutes or so, but I've never waited longer. A lot of flight crew stay at the Westin next door, which pretty much guarantees it runs 24 hours.

$10 a day and a lot less than the 15 or 16 at SFO, where I've had to search for parking sometimes. There's always been space for me. They have a frequent parker programme but I always lose the stamps, somehow.

Why not more thsan 3 stars? No complimentary cookies, for starters but more importantly, its just parking!

Great price and the wait to and from SFO was about 20 minutes as advertised. It's kind of a little bit loss where to park and where to wait for the shuttle.

This is one of the cheapest at $9 per day, but I would not use it again. Just about the only good thing about it is that it is close to the airport. Now the bad news: The shuttle only runs every 20 min. This is NOT often enough. If your schedule is tight, you might miss your plane! You can walk to the hotel, where the concierge will call you a cab (it will cost you $10 to the terminal....). Same story on the way back: We waited and waited at the terminal while other parking lots' shuttles drove by two or three times.

If I could give  a lower rating I would.  I agree 100% with the previous review.  This parking lot was so stressful.  There are no signs to say were you are to park, we almost parked next door at the Westin, but the bus driver told us we were in the wrong place.  When  we did find parking it was  in the back of the hotel and we had to walk far, far away  to get on the bus.  The bus tends  to stop in one  location and it's like pulling teeth to have them  pick you up or drop you off closer to the car.  We certainly will never use them again.  Park and fly is by far better and much cheaper.
