I've been eyeing a Duck for a long time and was in the area during my kid's soccer tournament, we stopped by between games and had a look see. No pressure sales people which I loved, and they encourage you to sit on all their bikes. At one point Auggie came over and we chatted for a long time while my kid got his fill of imagination on riding a motorcycle. Toward the end he pulled out a used GXSR600, as much as I love the Daytona, the gixxer got the hook on me, but I resisted and eventually left.

Went back a few weeks later and as soon as I walked in, Auggie immediately pulled out the gixxer. He knew why I went back the second time, and he knew before I open my mouth he'd the sell. During that two weeks I was relentless on craigslist, but however I searched, no one came close to the price nor the lack of miles on this bike, it looked fast just sitting there.

I picked up bike a week later, it was cleaned with a full tank and ready to go. It's been 4 months now and I'm loving every mile I put on it. I've already started to save up for another bike, and this time it's the speed triple, but who knows, maybe Auggie can save me another wad if he comes up with another great used bike.

Bunch of idiots. Went in to look at a Ducati with a friend of mine and the sales guys were rude.

They made him feel stupid because his credit wasn't that good. They walked away and left us sitting there for like 20 mins.

I knew they were trying their sales tactics on us so we left. No interest in buying a bike from these guys. I heard horrible things about their service department too but can't talk from personal experience. Anyways, I hope this helps people be more careful if they ever have to deal with them.

I check them out every once in awhile to see what they have in stock.  Then I saw a 2006 Triumph T100 with 6450 miles on craigslist they are selling. I bought the same year T100 last year with less miles and more add ons. They are asking $7495 for it. Blue book is $5100. WTF are they thinking? 2 stars for being way overpriced.

Great place to shop for a new bike.

I went in only knowing I was going to buy a bike in the new few weeks, I assumed that bike would be a cruiser (I'm not one of those silly sport bike riders buzzing around every where), that's all I've ever owned. But I did want to sit on every thin before I jumped in to another bike,

I came in with a few friends to help me look, I think I came in to sit on some triumph but I didn't like it at all. The sales man then asked me what I was looking for in a bike and pointed me over to a few bikes one of them was the Monster 696. (But that was a silly sport bike.....) Well long story short I fell in love and now I'm one of those silly sport bike riders.... The sales department was very helpful and nice to deal with. I was very set on color and options I had to have and they were able to find me a bike and get t there with in a week witch is awesome when your as inpatient as me :-)

I don't know what other people are talking on how they wont give you a price.. Prices are marked on nearly every bike, and I had no problem getting a price from them.

Part- Awesome! 6 stars for this guy. Super helpful answers all my questions with great knowledge. Its never about selling me the most expensive thing he has its about what I like and what will fit my bike best.

I like these people a lot...

    SERVICE:
After I bought my Triumph Tiger in 2009, I had a warranty problem which required ordering a part. I had a July 4th trip planned and I really needed the time off. Wouldn't you know the part arrived late on the last day before they closed and the service technician (Paul) had a full schedule. He also had a trip planned with his wife, but he stayed late to get my bike on the road. He didn't have to, and you know most wouldn't have. How cool is that? I will never forget it. Since then I've dealt with him several times and he's always been first-class.

    SALES:
I didn't buy the bike here ONLY because a distant dealer had a leftover 2008 model on clearance, and Ace didn't have any 2008's left in stock -- not their fault. Since then I've gotten to know Jim (sales manager?) and I think he's a reasonable guy working in a tough business. He was hired to earn revenue and help keep the place afloat. I have no problem with that and I will definitely consider them for my next purchase.

    PARTS:
The tall parts guy (sorry, I forget his name) is very helpful. He also has a very dry sense of humor.

I am really glad this shop is here, and I hope they stay and thrive.

I bought a 2010 Ducati 848 from Ace. it's a good place to buy a bike but their service department Sucks.

    Their parts department was helpful.

The problem with their Service Department is that they broke a piece from my headlight switch and try to blame me for it.  Also when they replaced my stock exhaust to an aftermarket exhaust Termi they stiffen my suspension super hard and told me that in order to fix it "Just soften it up" I would have to buy an after market spring.

This place is a total joke, they won't tell you a price on a Ducati, because "you might shop around elsewhere & compare prices". Seriously. I'm not kidding.. they just want you to come in and buy the bike, and not look anywhere else.

We called a DIFFERENT dealership that also sells Ducatis, and had no issues whatsoever. They had no problem telling us the price, and they even negotiated a little.

I always love coming into Ace.  This place always feels like home.  When you walk into this place everyone greets you with a friendly smile.  This weekend my girl and I were going in to looking for upgrades and they had a great selection.  Plenty to choose from and great advice all around.  These guys know their shit!  If I ever need anything Ducati without question I am going here.  No one is going to push you to do something you don't want to do.  What a pleasurable weekend and what a pleasure to be treated so great!!!  If you are looking for a bike make this your first stop.

These guys are honestly great.  This was my first purchase and my first time negotiating with a dealer and they were straight forward and cut me a good deal.  Everyone there is helpful too, from parts to service, I know all those guys by name now and they know me too.

It's easy to just stop in or call and have them answer helpful questions about my concerns or helping me figure out the best way to install some new modifications.

I'm not sure what Denise F. is referring to, but there are prices right on the bikes and they can crunch numbers for you once you're serious about purchasing.

If you're looking for a Ducati, KTM, or Triumph, you should really check these guys out.  They even referred me to a guy who could adjust my suspension for $20!  Now that's what I call service.

Not my type of cycle shop.

I had been to open houses in the past and drooled over the bikes.
    & had a good time.

I have an older Duc and the parts team SUCKS .. rude indifferent and not willing to look stuff up. Didn't know what sintered or metalic or organic even was when talking pads for my bike  ???.

Working on a pals KTM and same reception at parts.
and DOUBLE the price as on line !
I don't mind a bit higher but ..no can do.

Will buy my bike that I was saving for from someone else.
Will not revisit for ANY needs.

Sad really as I want to support bike parts and dealers in my city ...

I've been back several times. Mostly because the store manager Jim M is an awesome down to earth dude, he kinda reminds me of Hunter Thompson or Ted Nugent. The old guy in finance is pretty cool also, I think he rides a harley. Really fun shop to visit and amazing collection of new and used bikes for sale.

I really liked the triumph demo day. I rode the thunderbird and street triple. Gonna buy my next bike there.

if I were to ever graduate to a big bike -- I would come here.
I wander in here for some eye candy and walk in feeling a bit intimidated but walk out feeling not-so-intimidated but mostly just drooly from looking at the engineering of these machines.

the sales people are friendly and not pushy.  They'll answer your questions if you have them and share their knowledge but they ignore you when you're just looking.  That's greatly appreciated.

The parts/service desk guy is knowledgeable and helpful.  I came to look for a battery for my bike and the guy showed me what they had and explained how to fill it and install it.

I ended up not getting the battery and the sales dude was really nice about it.  He even referred me to some other shops around the area.  Very cool!

Wanted to purchase a KTM from them.  They are the local dealer and I figured it best to support my community.   After my experience it proved best to purchase elsewhere and here is why...
    1)  The person I spoke with did not know the difference in warranty coverage from one year model to the another.  This person has been working there a long time.
    2) I wanted to negotiate a price but they would not talk money unless I had money in hand.  I on the other hand wanted to see if they were worthy of my money.
2a) The price they penciled worked out to be more than the factory posted price.
    3)  I had the unique opportunity to glimpse in the service department when the tech was installing a replacement exhaust system using a hammer to bend the exhaust system pipes.  This was a new/sold- to be delivered bike.
    4) I Left the place feeling like I would have been a victim rather than a happy customer.

Sorry to have to post it this way but they earned it.

I had written a review about Ace back in August 2009 ... but for some reason it disappeared?

Anyways, this is how it breaks down :

A couple years ago I was in the market for a Daytona 675; one of the salespeople at Ace (Brian) was extremely helpful in trying to locate the 08' SE for me. He even went out of his way to check the inventory in other dealerships/warehouses. Although he was unable to locate one, Brian even offered me a black model (with the option of powdercoating the rims gold).

I, unfortunately, purchased my bike from another dealer (Hattar) and I went through a lot of *issues* with them. Regretfully, I wish I had done my business with Ace from the first day I stepped in their showroom.

Fast forward about several months (in January) and back then I had my bike towed from Hattar to Ace since I needed a second damage estimate for insurance purposes. While Hattar took a ridiculous MONTH to do my damage estimate, Ace did it much quicker... in one hour. Instead of me having to call back to get updates, the guys in service (Paul & Chris) were on top of it all. Since the shop is normally closed on Sundays and Mondays, I got my bike back in pristine condition from Ace in 4 days. Four days compared to 2-3 months at the initial shop? Ace MUST be doing something right; especially when they have at least a couple dozen other bikes in their shop/service area.

However, a few weeks ago on July 4th I had a nasty highside on one of the local roads out here. My bike was towed to Ace, which again, I felt that I was being treated as a priority. Most of the time that I had to wait for the bike to be evaluated was mostly from my insurance and not the dealership. In fact, Ace finished the estimate within a couple days (if not sooner). I went there about a week later to take some pictures of my totaled bike ( Rest in Peace) and all the guys at Ace were kind enough to talk to me about the incident and see how I was doing in general. There was never a single time where I was pressured into buying this or that; it was a very laid back environment and I always felt welcomed to be there.

Of the times that I was there as well, I always ran into the owner (Jim) who was amazingly helpful (as in comparison to the other dealerships I been to). Aside from that, once my insurance totaled out my bike, I gave myself a few days to rest from my injuries and once I was feeling better, I started shopping again for another bike. During my visit at Ace on that same week, I had my eye on a Blue 08' 675 which they still had in their showroom. As much as I wanted it, I couldn't get it since I was still waiting on the settlement from my insurance. Brian, who works in sales, was kind enough to give me courtesy calls about how I was doing and to also give me any updates on the 08' model.

It was unfortunate that about a week later, the 08' model was sold to another customer. Although I was looking at used bikes at the same time, I finally decided in the end that I wanted to make a purchase from Ace. Close, good friends of mine that I have known for over a year (or longer) have told me a lot of good things about Ace, whether its their service or sales department. I figured "why not?" and gave it a try for myself.

I came back to Ace during the weekend and I told Brian that I was serious about getting a bike that same day. Again, there was no pressure to buy something that I didn't want and they really let me make my own decisions. I went for the 09' 675 in Black and had a down payment ready for the purchase. Of the times that I had previously purchased a new vehicle/bike, I felt that Ace was very professional, well organized, and fair in their sales department. With the down payment that I had set towards the new bike, I decided to finance the rest of the amount; nearly everything was described in detail about the charges on the finance contract & bill of sale. Dave, who works in the Finance department, made it easy for me to understand what was going on and that there were no silly hidden charges behind the sale. It was a very smooth, quick, and headache-free buying process.

Within a few hours, I had happily left Ace with a brand new 09' (not to mention the good deal that I also got on it).

My experience at Ace has always been stellar and I wouldn't give them anything less than a perfect rating in terms of customer service & how they uphold their overall business practices.

Big thumbs up to all the guys/gals at Ace!

If I had the money, I'd continue to buy most (if not all) my bikes from Ace.

Fast forward to today and I have roughly 8,500 miles on the bike - still completely satisfied with everything that Ace has done for me!

Service was solid, bike was in and out in reasonable time and they make an effort to flex to your schedule (I walked in no apt).  The girl at the service counter was very nice and helpful and even showed me a local ride I could take while I waited the 30 minutes until a stand opened up.  Def above and beyond.

Only thing I didn't appreciate was the tall parts guy.  He definitely seems to know his business however he seemed put off and uninterested in telling me about an exhaust system.  Pushed a catalog in from of me after a few words and just kept asking if I wanted to buy it.  Turns out I learned more from the other dude waiting on an oil change.

These people are a joke! If you show up they try and pull all the bogus sales tricks..."oh I have someone on the way to buy but if you're here first". Then I tell him how much I have to put down and he gets all excited. But after he runs my credit he gets rude. Then starts begging me to get a cosigner. And when I said no, he turns around walks inside without saying anything to me and yells inside, "Jesus F*ing Christ, what a waste of my time." my friends were inside and intelligently did not tell me until after we left because I would have said something right then and there. These people are idiots, they just want your money no matter how bad they have to screw you, and when you don't give to them they act like children. Good luck to them keeping their doors open treating people that way. Will never return.

Want to give the guys at ACE two thumbs up for doing a really nice job across the board in getting me onto a 2010 Ducati 848 (Dark). Dealt with Jim re the numbers -- straightforward negotiation, with no b.s. and no posturing. Agreed on a number that made sense for both sides and when I got to the dealership, went through the paperwork with zero hassles or surprises. The bike was prepped and ready to ride, as promised. Big Jim was there to answer my questions on upgrades I'm interested in and offered some of his own recommendations. Paul took me through the basics on the bike from ride out to the 600 mile service. Then, I was off on my new 848.

My second Ducati -- both from Ace. Thanks!

My experience with ACE has been nothing short of stellar.  The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and seems like a family - none of the commission pressure I'd experienced when shopping for a bike elsewhere.

I hadn't had much riding experience and these guys treated me with kid gloves - asking and anticipating my needs not only now, but what kind of bike I'd eventually grow into.  Not only that, but they helped organize a 1:1 motorcycle safety class!

I've had my bike in for a mini service - only because I didn't properly understand how to use it!  They were super patient and really took care of me...can't recommend these guys enough.

I did not buy product from them, so let that be said first of all. The folks who were working when I went in to window shop were prompt, courteous, respectful, informative and welcoming a return.

They did not waste time on me and I did ask them too either, so let that be said. But, when I had questions they knew the product well and if they didn't, they asked someone who did, and that's awesome. It's a clean, organized and nicely appointed showroom that has Ducati, Aprilia, Triumph and KTM brands of motorcycles. Prices are relatively average for the market.

if you are in the market, it's a nice place to show up.

I utilized Ace when it was in San Ramon, just after they changed names from Munroe East.  The service department was outstanding and able to take over after a botched repair (by another mechanic) left me hauling my bike in by pickup truck and several cardboard boxes.  No problem; they had it back together on time and under their estimate.

Parts department left something to be desired organizationally, but they were always friendly to talk to.   Hinkley Triumph apparently doesn't provide electronic ordering to its dealers so it's probably that way everywhere.

I am so happy with my experience with Ace Motorsports! I wanted to buy a motor scooter and did a lot of research online before contacting anyone. When I called Ace they picked up on the second ring and were able to answer all of my questions.

After calling twice to talk to Dan about pricing, financing options, and their scooter availability, I decided that these were the guys to go to. Upon arrival they were smiling, friendly, funny, and seem to really enjoy what they do. They fired up my Buddy and let me cruise around the parking lot to my heart's content. I was too afraid to take it on the streets (I'm not very experienced yet!) so Nick grabbed his helmet and took me on a cruise around town to demonstrate how easy it was to drive.

Everyone there was so great and helpful. I got to meet the whole shop and would be comfortable going back there for anything. Oh ya, and I also saved about 25% of the purchase price on my bike by going to these guys! Imagine what that extra $800 is going to buy me in terms of new accessories for my bike! These guys are by far the best!

One of the few non-pretentious Ducati, Triumph, and KTM dealers.

A co-worker and I both ended up with some good Rev-It gloves from ACE.  Although their stock was low (fall/winter), I did get one of the gals to promptly pull a few gloves off the display and had me try out a few.

I've been shopping for bikes for the past three months and ACE was probably the most friendly and attentive dealers in the area.  I will say up front that in the end, I didn't end up buying a Ducati Monster 696 from ACE, as I ended up with such a great deal on a Suzuki Gladiius.  If Suzuki didn't have such a great rate on financing, it would have been Monster all the way.

What really drew me to this place is their good selection of new and used bikes.  There are usually quite a few good used deals if that's what you are looking for.  Also, unlike the mega Japanese bike dealers, they have DEMO bikes available.

I would recommend folks who are looking at Ducati, Triumph, or KTM to go and see Brian at ACE and see what he can do for you.

Let me start with the nice things I have to say (after all if you don't have anything nice to say...):  after 20 telephone calls, one hang up, 10 faxes (most of them after Sales Manager refused to take my calls any longer because "he was losing patience with me"), a complaint to my credit card company, and a call to KTM directly, Ace finally refunded my $8400 on the lem-on they sold me.

But, according to Sales Manager, bike was not a le-mon; instead, we were riding it wrong, by, among other things, letting it idle (see Sales Manager for details on how to ride his bikes properly.)

Now for the bad things:  The moment we finished signing the papers, Sales Manager disclosed that bike had a "weepy valve seal" that needed repair-- information which he apparently didn't want to let get in the way of his making a deal five minutes earlier.  A little taken aback that our new bike (demo with 80 miles-full warranty) had to stay in the shop for the repairs, we left $8400 poorer and with no bike.

Days later (delivery delayed due to various part/driver issues) we took delivery of our new bike.  Stranded within 2 hours of first ride --of course, on the other side of town.  Battery shot.  D.O.A.

Lest you think Ace didn't know about the problem, they left a note about the last date of charge on the battery which we discovered when we replaced the battery the next day.  Will spare you details about driving all over the city to locate replacement battery on a Sunday.

Within an hour of battery repair, bike overheats and starts spewing radiator fluid.

Several calls to Ace later, Sales Manager agrees to pick up bike (conversation NC-17 and therefore cannot be repeated).  Sales Manager agrees to make repairs --actually not this nice, but you get the drift.

Bike not picked up for a few days due to other various issues with driver/student classes, etc.

Day 8, bike back in shop.  (Days in shop 6. Days sitting in my garage inoperable: 2. Days ridden:  0)

Day 9, we get call that we can pick up our bike as soon as we pay for the repairs.  Multiple, offensive conversations ensue, one hang up, several faxes.  Sales Manager nice enough to scream out KTM's phone number before hanging up on us.

Honestly, I don't know who to blame more- KTM for making a dual sport motorcycle that can't handle traffic (Ace's mechanic's words) or Ace for trying to pass this little mechanical nightmare off on us.  Either way, I'm just glad to have gotten out of the experience alive.  We are now the happy owners of a Suzuki DR 650. By the way, check out  Oakley Sport at (925) 625-4390 http://oakleysport.com

No haggling, great service (guy stayed 2 hours to help load bike on new trailer), good price, and hey, best of all, the bike works!

Another Yelper encouraged me to write an additional follow up about Ace. It continues to be my favorite motorcycle shop in the Bay Area. The staff are friendly, helped me through an accident (someone backed into my bike and messed it up big time) and got me back and riding very soon. I've purchased a jacket, gloves, helmet and riding boots from them and got assistance in getting outfitted, but all of the products were of quality. I'll buy my next motorcycle from Ace as well, without a doubt.

The salesman I spoke with from Ace was very patient in answering my initial questions, helping me to choose the right bike for me, and even discouraged me from a costly upgrade that he felt was not really necessary for my needs. I was really impressed by his professionalism.

While I chose a closer dealer in the end for my final purchase, I would have happily gone with Ace if they hadn't been in Concord.

The place has a great selection of gear to go along with the bikes (Ducati, KTM and Triumph motorcycles).  Picked up a Rev'it jacket and pants for a cross country trip i have coming up.  Lesley, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable about the products features and benefits and helpful in finalizing my selection.

They are friendly, and fast.  I was taking time off work to have sliders put on my bike.  They checked me in, offered me coffee and Paul the mechanic took my bike in right away and installed them.  The best part was he took it for a test ride, to check how the bike in general was running.  What a pleasure it was to be treated like a valuable customer, even though it was my first time there.  All my bike needs will be done at this shop from now on!  Business done the "Old Fashion Way".  Thanks!

Well, its time to spend some time here relating some real experiences and stand out from all the whiners and tire kickers commentary.
Several good and true reviews here, and this is in that lot.
I bought a 1098 tricolore from Ace before they moved into the nice new digs in Concord. Was happy with the deal, and got know Jim in sales, a peach of a character if there ever was one. Old school, knows his stuff, and takes no prisoners. If you want a salesguy that is no bullshit, all reality, and fair, Jim is it. If you want someone to kiss your butt and tell you lies, he ain't the guy.
After they moved to Concord I have had them service the bike, and got to know Chris---best Duck service guy on modern bikes I have run into---I have been riding since 1967. Chris races, a lot, and it shows. He knows his stuff. Not your usual dealer greenhorn service here.
Then recently I acquired their KTM RC8 and was delighted with the deal and the special work I had them do on it. Again, Jim was great, Chris set it up to my satisfaction and Big Jim in parts was really in the know.
The owner, Greg, is another old time biker,  honest, and fair---and no BS.
These guys all know I will be back, as will the several other customers I have turned onto them----who have spent money here and all have good things to say.
I recommend Ace without reservation.  Whiners, and lookyloos go elsewhere.  Serious Ducati, KTM and especially Triumph people--give these guys an honest try.  You won't be disappointed.

So I found ace because I was in the market for a KTM super duke. Since I live close by I figured it would be a good start. I shopped around a little and tried on some of their helmets, wasted some time and looked at their bikes. The staff was nice and talked about other choices like the S3 and monster gave me a card and I was on my way.

A couple weeks later I decided to buy one of their SD's because I saw an add for a great price on their website/ebay store. I was elated to see that price as it was at least a thousand less than any other local dealer (this was an OTD price). Seemed too good to be true right? So...

I test ride the SD and it runs like a dream everything is exactly what I expected and I couldn't be happier, the bike is brand new and the price is right. I come back to the shop and sit down with the sales rep I had been dealing with. I said OK lets do this I want the bike, show me the papers. What else would you expect besides tax and license fee right?

According to their sales manager (who is one of the worst I've ever come across, I've worked retail my whole life) I must pay over $1200 extra for crating and a labor fee for installation of the bike once it got into the store. I spent about 45 minutes arguing...literally arguing with their sales manager. I asked him to show me on their inventory invoice where these charges come from. He did and guess what the crating charge was for THREE bikes not one. And the other charge was also for multiple bikes. At this point I assume he is unable to perform simple math or is just trying to scam an extra buck. Either way I'm fed up.

Trying to pass off charges that had nothing to do with my purchase and telling me (or rather yelling at me) that I'm wrong and should be feeling lucky to be getting this deal is a great way to build a long lasting relationship! Ha.

I actually ended up buying the bike from them (at the OTD price they quoted on their ebay store) and the sales rep was a little apologetic after it was all said and done.

As I was leaving I tried to say goodbye and maybe reconcile with the sales manager, he did not acknowledge my presence at this point and scoffed in the other direction.

A month has gone by and I have received no phone call asking me how I like my bike, if it needs service, or anything remotely representing customer service.

I will never go to Ace for anything unless I am looking for a headache.

This dealership is not recommended by me. Purchased a bike from them May of 08. It was never registered by Ace with the DMV and still isn't. I still don't have the title (I paid cash) or the license plate.  The short story is I called 3 times in 3 months and got blown off the 1st two times and then the 3rd time I got a bevy of excuses that just didn't pass the red face test. I was finally hung up on by the General Manager. The showroom is nice but their prices are high, ($895.00 for freight and setup as a starting point). Personally I found the salesperson's negotiation's pitch to contain the same old tired stories that have been used for 30 years. He was courteous and personable though. Again, not recommended by this customer.

Nice and friendly staffs !  Had a good experience to trade in my Gixer on the weekend for a new 2011 848 EVO.  Very smooth and fair price quoted by James and I like the way they doing business straight and honest.  Enjoy my first Ducati now.  Will definitely bring my friends over to shop with them in the future !

Ace is a beautiful shop with high end gear, such as my fav brand Rev'It!  Lots of bikes on the show room floor; new and used.  But what I LOVE is their service department.  Very helpful with all my questions.  Quick repair times and no bs.  I would bring any bike I own to them.

If you want to see beatiful bikes like Ducati/KTM/Triumph this is a great place to see them.  The staff is very very friendly.  I bought my Arai helmet here and some Ducati gear.  They have a good selection of Ducati gear for men and women.  I want to get an 09 Monster, but I'm still thinking about it.  They let me sit on it and hang out a long time with no presure.  The salesman has called me back to see if I want to purchase, but is not annoying.  He's has just checked in a few times and knows I'm thinking about other manufacturers.  If I go Ducati, I will most likely go here to get it.  No test drives, unless you are ready to sign the contract.  They lost a star for not lowering the price on my Arai.  I told them that Cycle Gear could get it for me for $50 less and they didn't budge.  I bought the helmet from them anyway, because they had the color/size in the store and I needed it right away.

I went to into ace having a basic idea of what kind of helmet I was looking for and the staff there was incredibly helpful. They took the time to have me try on each fit and size so that I found just the right match that would provide the best protection and comfort. I really recommend them for anyone - especially for beginners like myself.

I bought a brand new Ducati 1098S from Ace Motorsports a few months back, it was a fast easy no bull purchase. The entire staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They had a ton of accessories and the parts guy, Jim was awesome in helping me get my bike set up the way I wanted. Bought a new helmet and got a great deal on it. When I went back a couple weeks later for my first scheduled service, Chris the service manager took care of everything fast and easy no worries. I highly recommend Ace,  it's an awesome shop...
