Fantastic boutique bicycle shop!
Ace Metric carries an assortment of new and used track/road bikes, and a few mountain bikes and cruisers. Schwinn, Fuji, Linus, Peugeot and SE are some of the makes that are currently featured. They tend to specialize in fixed-gear and single-speed models, however they can special order a lot of items too so don't be put off if you don't immediately see what you want.
They can also help you customize a bike at any stage. They sell bare frames and a good selection of individual parts. You can build your dream bike from the ground up! Chrome forks, Brooks saddles, rims, straight bars / curved bars, leather grips, locks, lights, sprockets, etc. Grab whatever you like and roll tough.
Michael, the owner, is a wonderful resource. He is a tome of knowledge and there is no pressure. The shop is very neat and simplistic: Only the good stuff. Recommended for cool older kids and adults.

Track bike Boutique? Whats a track bike? Fixed what? I ride a track bike, and this is the only track bike boutique in the city.
For those who don't know, a track bike is a single speed bike that doesn't have a freewheel. So that basically means no coasting. Peddling is a must at all times, however you can switch it out for coasting ability if that is what you're looking for. It's kind of a niche market, but with fixed gears gaining popularity, it's great to have a shop like Ace Metric around.
The shop is set up with the best atmosphere, it feels like a skate shop and doesn't have the elitist/intimidating feeling some bike shops have. The owner doesn't carry anything he wouldn't put his name and feels that it is more about the product integrity than the almighty dollar. He rides in the city so he understand the need for quality bikes and parts. Super nice, and knowledgeable shop owner, and heavily involved in the bike scene here in Jamlando. If you're looking to get a fixed gear, it's worth going here, rather than fumbling through standard bike shops, go here! these guys will literally stop me when i ride by to make adjustments on my bike that they notice it needed. beyond professional and obviously love what they do... awesome line of bikes too!
