This business is located behind Jack in the Box that sits on Kapiolani and Ward. Once you pass Jack in the Box, there will be a street on your right hand side, turn here and you have arrived.
The workers here are very courteous and dedicated in assisting their customers. I went in to replace my mirror and thought something went awry when I was unable to adjust the height. I ended up taking it in the next day and the worker was patient in explaining the different components of my mirror and that a certain part has become "frozen." He added WD40 which helped tremendously as well as cleaned up the WD40 that got onto the car and mirror.
Overall, superb service! -

alas, i was staring straight on to a minor chip in my windshield seriously no bigger then a ladybug..i ignored it for monthsssssss. Stupid me thought "ill be okay drinking on oahu's Sh.tty ass roads with the huge pot holes and crap constantly getting kicked up from trucks" needless to say, that small chip spread to a 7inch crack.i was beyondddd being in a safelite commercial. i called around and well, made it here. My car is from 2005 so they were alittle limited on hand but were super fast to book me a apt. I went in on Columbus Day and it took 4-5 hours. Now, i thought they would pop in a new shield and thats it but i forgot about sealing it and letting it set. At the end it did set me back $300 but it was worth it(obviously).

I had a broken window this morning. I called Ace around lunchtime. By happy hour I didn't have a broken window anymore. They were professional and quick. I appreciate how fast they got me in and finished the work. I worry more about quality than speed and I got both.
