I was referred to Accurate Auto Repair from a good friend who has trusted Ted with her cars for years. What started out as a big problem with my car, turned out to be much smaller than it actually was.
Ted was great at explaining exactly what was wrong with my car and he was fair in his pricing. He only quoted me what was really needed for my car. I have total respect for Ted and will continue to bring my Saturn in to him and refer Accurate to all my friends! -

We have been taking our vehicles (Cars & business van) for all kinds of repairs to Accurate Auto Repair since 2001. The owner Ted is as honest & ethical as they come. Prices are extremely fair & they offer a discount to AAA members. It's hard to find an excellent mechanic & shop that you can trust. Thanks Ted & staff for all the years of wonderful service! These guys are first class! I've taken both my cars there several times and each time I've received nothing but the best service. Ted, the owner, is a solid guy who knows his way around cars like no one else. I initially went there for a smog test and ended up going back for service and several repairs. They are honest as the day is long, very fair in their pricing and did a great job on the car repairs (one of which turned out to be hideously complicated but they figured it out and fixed it for next to nothing)! I am never going anywhere else. By the way, they are AAA recommended and ASE certified.

Excellent place to get a smog check!!! They were able to get me right in and the work was done very quickly (about 30 minutes). The owner, Ted, is a very nice guy and very honest. Will definitely go back there for a smog check and regular repairs too.

I only went here for a smog check: $40 + $8.25 after using coupon the coupon on their website. That seems about average for OC.
It seems like just two guys that have been doing this foe 20+ years I don't have much to judge them on yet, but they seemed sincere and were very friendly, I'll definitely go back. -

Great place for Smog Check! I waited last minute, called on Saturday morning and Ted fit me in for a smog check which only takes a 1/2 hour. Their price was in line with other places. You might save $10 at the cheapest of places, but you won't nearly get the efficient & smooth service I got. I was so happy to get it over with and now I can pay my registration online. It passed of course! =) Very friendly service. Convenient that they are open on Saturdays until noon.
I decided to Yelp this business today because most people tend to only Yelp the negative. We don't nearly focus on positive experiences in life. This was the easiest smog check I ever had done and I thought it was important to let everyone know! Hope that helps!
